“I had a new washer and dryer delivered today . Keith and Rubin were very efficient they worked great as a team . Keith and Rubin did an amazing job hooking up the appliances and taking out the old ones. Very happy with purchase and delivery.”
“I just had to run in here really quick to get a few keys made and an older gentleman near self check out was an amazing help! He walked me over to the key station, made the keys for me and even walked over to self check out to help me there too. Unfortunately I did not get his name and I’m not sure if the company looks at reviews but this man was a great help! :)”

There should be no reason... a large dog... is in the store..no it's not a service or a medical Animal just someone's pet ?. I'm pregnant and had 2 small children with me. Why didn't anyone tell him to stop and not bring the dog inside of the store. What if he bite a worker no muzzle no. nothing like smh.”

“Customer Service is still King. I’ve spent the last two days at Home Depot trying to figure out a plumbing issue. Fairly limited help from the folks there but when I went to Lowe’s, Elbert really changed everything. He patiently worked with me for about 20 minutes getting me to a solution. Yes it took three pieces to solve the problem but creativity and willingness to persist got us there. Thank you so much for your help!”
“My aunt was in there last week looking for salt and they only had 50 lb bags available. Brian and Kirk were so helpful to separate the salt into four buckets and carry it out to her car for her. They were so nice to her and did it all with a smile. She is so very grateful for all of their help!”

“Great store - busy but well run. Product is available and the service is great. Inventory is packed out on to the selves most often so you don't need to request help. I can almost always enter the store, find what I am looking for and check out without seeking assistance. If I do need help, the works are available and eager to support the customers”

“Went to buy packing boxes for my neice to clean out her dorm in Rutgers. Parking was plenty. Staff were friendly. It is in a commerce center so sometimes getting in and out may be slow due to traffic.”
