“Went in today to get my kids their first starter pet. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name but he was so knowledgeable and so good with my kids. I love how the animals can be handled and they’re already tame. Very clean and every staff member was attentively helping customers or caring for the animals.”

“As a cat person who brought home a small chihuahua puppy last December I was trying to find a good way to help me learn to train him. I’ve heard that one of the big mistakes people make w small dogs is skipping any real training as they are small and assumed to be easier to manage. I had contacted a private trainer who refused to work w chis, I was bummed. A friend highly recommended PetSmart’s in store classes and I saw they were having a special right when I signed up. I am SO glad I did! Roseann is INCREDIBLE with the dogs. She is super knowledgeable, patient, kind and very clearly loves what she does. She is also totally personable and a delight to communicate with. She goes above and beyond for everyone and really makes this program special. My pup is becoming a such good dog! He’s breaking chihuahua stereotypes lol. Everywhere we go people comment on how calm he is or how well behaved and sweet. He’s learned so much and I am gaining invaluable tools to guide him. Just signed up for another 6 week class because I love it so much.”

“Had to make a last-minute appointment at this PetSmart’s grooming services due to my regular one being booked up today. I got lucky with them having an opening today.
I brought my cat here, and she did really well with them! I’m so thankful for the team today, especially Jeremy who did her grooming. Jeremy was knowledgeable about the services and products being offered, recommending ones most beneficial to my cat. He didn’t seem pushy with any services, which made this whole experience even more pleasant, for both me and my cat.
I really wish I wasn’t moving further away. Otherwise, I’d be coming to this PetSmart for grooming. Even the cashier, whose name I did not get but wish I did, was so friendly and welcoming, despite how busy she was. Overall, a pleasant experience!”

“Came here for grooming and they had availability same day I called, for both my dogs. Quick and easy process. Dropped them off at 1:30pm picked them up at 3:45pm and they are as happy as ever and smell even better! No complaints for this simple bath, nail cut and teeth brushing. Tena and Jaimie were the groomers who bathed them. would definitely come back to them!”

“My puppy Cookie loves going to this store. The sales ladies are wonderful. Not sure if I'm spelling their names correctly, but Gail and Terry are awesome. If I need anything in particular or need a recommendation ,these two ladies have always guided me in the right direction.My puppy has been attending the training classes since October 2023. We enrolled her for all available classes. Her trainer Robyn is amazing. Robyn has been super patient and nice. Her techniques and knowledge is 100% teaching me to train Cookie and to be the best responsible owner I can be. Cookie is an American Bully and is training to be my medical service animal. With her help, Cookie has come a long way. We wish that we can take Robyn home with us. Cookie and I can't wait to begin the next Semester this February.Cookie and the rest of our family appreciates you all.”
