Very nice place! I’ve tried many nail salons around the area and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is very friendly and the one guy that does my nails (I would name drop if I could but we don’t conversate) is by far the best nail tech. He always does the designs exceeding my expectations and is very neat with his work. He goes above and beyond to make sure the designs closely resemble the pictures I show him.

the worse place ever. the owner who did for me has an attitude and not respectful. I did not get what I asked for, and he seemed annoyed once I showed him the design I wanted. he is not professional at all, not shaping the nail neatly or cleaning around, pumpy surface and has tiny impurities underneath.He doesn’t know how to offer better customer service. If I was able, I would give them zero. I will NEVER go back there, nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone!

They force me to make my nails with the guy so his so slow and Not professional and when I refused to do with him. They canceled my appointment without asking me. That's very rude.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I had an appointment to come in for a fill in and gel pedicure. The fill in took almost two hours and it was just French. Considering it took her so long, you’d think the nails were even and she would clean excess polish of my skin that she also cut up, but no I walked out with white polish on almost all my fingers. Once I was done the owner took a walk in and told me I can’t do my pedicure because of time. When I said that makes no sense considering I had an appointment they started to get fresh with me. Save your money and go somewhere else

This place is fancy and clean, BUT the pedicures are rushed and not thorough. The entire Pedicure took around 25 minutes and that included a calf massage that took around 10 minutes. Typically, salons take around 4 minutes on the legs, but not this time. I certainly wish she spent more time on my actual feet. I've had several pedicures in my life, and this was the first one that I walk away from feeling like nothing had been done to my feet. And, to make matters worse, i still had salt scrub on my ankles when I got home. Very very disappointing. I won't be back.

Been there 4 times, before giving this review so this isn’t a one time experience. I really wanted to make this place my go-to nail salon.Getting an appointment is not so hard if you walk in ( was hard to get them on the phone , but after visiting I realized it’s because the technicians there get busy with work and can only pick up the phone when no one is working ) but be very clear while making your appointment. They give very hurried talks and I missed an appointment once because I forgot to give my name and I was not asked ( I walked in) .Gave it 3stars because they do get the work done ; I fixed acrylic nails all 4 times and it lasted a pretty good time but customer service is poor. They are unfriendly and hide it with their lack of not speaking too good English. I saw most of the good reviews recommended Sandy , so I booked my last two appointments requesting her and I seriously found it hard to reconcile the Sandy in the reviews to the Sandy in person. She was impatient with me, when I asked questions, she seem irritated and would not engage , she actually used a statement “ hurry up and make up your mind about your nail color , I don’t have time “( while still filing my nails ), and maybe because I am used to nail technicians who make suggestions, I found her not even bothered about the outcome of her work rather odd.The first two appointments was with a man who is always in blue ( I believe his name is Hong, not certain ) but he was nicer while working with him than the lady .If you don’t care about the unfriendly vibe you get , then it’s a place that still gets the work done .Service: Acrylic nails

The polishing part of the pedicure was the better part of the pedicure. I was done in 20 minutes with the full pedicure. I sat in the chair at 3:52 was done by 4:19. I felt very rushed even though I was the only on there for a pedicure and no one else was there.

instead of letting me soak off gel quan luong was rough and used drill . I started to bleed Andd asked to soak. She then started on someone’s pedicure and I had to wait for her to finish . Unprofessional and I won’t return ..sorry not sorry!Service: Gel manicures

I got gel tips done and I got them pretty long. He spread out the gel way too much, making the nails too thin. Two of them broke off after a day. Say you can’t do long nails instead of doing them and making them as thin as press ons. Press ons are even better than these. A waste of $60 honestly. Won’t be returning.Service: Gel manicure
