I use the UPS Milltown for returns and sometimes copies as my printer is down. I now know what a great place it is to go for returns/copies and great customer service. I did not know there were so many people as impressed as I am as I don't usually read or write reviews. All three employees that are usually there Dhaval, 22955? and someone fairly new are all amazing! They are so polite, patient and they look so nice in their blue shirts. :)

I come to drop off packages often at the UPS Store Milltown location. Almost every time I’m there, Dhaval Patel always greets me with a smile and a joke! He has always been very patient even when I’m searching for the return code scans. I thought he deserved a very kind word because it always goes far. It’s nice to do busy there but more importantly, it’s nice that Dhaval is at the helm waiting to assist and sporting a smile.

Two male workers keep talking in their own language and giggling in front of customers. They don’t greet customers but continue chatting, which is extremely rude. I will never visit this UPS store again. They really need to hire better employees.
I even heard them acting nice and asking customers for good reviews.
The lady working there is kind and tries to help, but if these two guys continue working here, this store will definitely lose business. Avoid this location if you don’t want to ruin your day.

All of the staff at the Milltown UPS store have always been very helpful and courteous to me. On my last visit, Dhaval was so professional and pleasant. Even if there is a long line of people making returns, the staff remains patient and calm. Last month, I had complemented his co-worker who was able to track down the UPS truck when I needed to retrieve a package that I had mistakenly sent to the wrong place.

This is my go to UPS store, even though it is further than the one that’s nearby my house. The main reason is the helpful and positive staff that handles any small request I have with a smile. Great people to work with, and it’s pretty convenient to actually get my medicine as well and a great cup of Joe all in one location. This UPS store is inside Quik Mart, right at the entrance! What a convenience!
