Above all his honesty to recommend replacing the rim instead of charging for a job that may not last, and providing a solution. I’m a newly licensed driver that just purchased my first vehicle and I was admittedly anxious bringing my car in but the customer service was top notch and I was immediately put at ease. “A little hard to locate once your GPS says you're there. It's a little in the back. But the employees work so hard and they are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Brush up on your Espanol or Spanglish works. LOL! Several of the workers speak English so no problema. I strongly encourage purchasing used tires here and they accept walk ins with incredibly fast service.”
