Got lost after doing a roofing job in Millville, phone was dead and not charging. Had no idea how to get home, I live about 40 mins away. After driving around for 30 mins I saw AT&T figured they might be able to help me out. Went in and Dylan helped me out, dude is a life saver!!

Traded in phone, didn't receive monthly credit because store associate input wrong number. (Honest mistake) However, she said her management team can't reverse it and lied, accusing me of giving the wrong number. Told me to call customer service. Got it all straight now with no help from the store and allot of time wasted on the phone.

My family and I got all new phones and added my mother on to the line as well. We also switched from iPhone to Samsung, so we had lots of questions, lots. We must've visited this store about 4 times in a month?Christian is absolutely amazing! He has been the biggest help. He is very kind, patient, understanding, and helpful.Our visits also involved bringing our 3 year old son with us, he can be a bit much. But that didn't matter, Christian was so sweet and friendly with him.I seriously can not say enough about this man, incredible customer service and an all around wonderful person!Thank you Christian!!!
