“Brandon and company did a phenomenal job with my '24 Jetta. Responsive, professional and realistic with time-frames, etc. I have to mention that when they took my stuff out of my trunk because they had to do work on the bumper, they never put it back in. I noticed it a few days later. I just got done picking everything up. The reason I mention this is because they were honest about everything. It was no big deal and they were very accomidating and a company with integrity these days is hard to find. I HIGHLY recommend them!”
“My car broke down and I was unable to have it fixed the same day. Instead of pushing me out, they allowed me to wait until I could get it towed by a family member. They were hospitable as I waited there for 3 hours. They didn’t even charge me. Extremely polite staff.”

“What a blessing it was to find Broad Auto in Millville on a weekend. My car desperately needed repair for its hesitating when accelerating and feeling like it was going to stall. Riding with a check engine light blinking is just too stressful for me.
Luckily the manager at Broad auto took my call the night before to let me know their hours of operation. no appointment was needed (unlike many others) and open on weekends too, unlike just about every other auto place in vineland area. I would think people need their Cars repaired/serviced 7 days a week not just Monday thru Friday.
Broad Auto was the perfect answer to my needs.
Great service and fast diagnosis that solved the issue. While I arrived nervous and frustrated, I left as a satisfied happy customer and appreciated such quality professional personalized auto care without any hassle or waiting.

“I have been getting my 2 cars serviced at Ovalles for about 3 years. Jose and Eric have taken great care of my vehicles which are now at over 125k and 200k miles. The first job was replacing a rusty cooling rod that the dealer quoted be 1500 for, and also told me I needed to change the radiator for another 1500, the car was maybe worth 5k. Ovalles quoted me a 3rd of the price for the rod and took a part my radiator and found no issues and did not charge me. That vehicle is still going strong 2.5 years later. They are honest and do good work, won't tell you you need something you don't. In fact they talked me out of services they didn't think I needed. I only ever had one issue with them regarding new tires(wrong ones were ordered) due to a miscommunication and we came to a fair resolution. I highly reccomend them, especially if you are sick of getting ripped off at the dealer. Everything they have reccomended always held up to scrutiny and their prices are fair. Even if a job has taken longer than expected they honored the original quote.”

“Jack’s Auto Service helped me out so much. They were friendly, quick, and reasonably-priced. My oil drain plug fell out (I had gotten my oil changed an pepboys two days before..) when I was driving down the shore at 11 p.m. and my low engine oil pressure light came on. I got towed to Jacks and left a message. They called me first thing in the morning, screwed in the drain plug, refilled my oil, and cleaned my undercarriage. They were finished by mid-morning. The whole thing cost less than pepboys charged me for the original oil change that caused the whole issue. Highly recommend!”

The manager, Antonio, walked a portable air compressor over in the rain and blew up my tire so I could drive it over for repair.
