Every time I go in there it seems the only person who can actually answer my questions and help me is Robin. The others just have a stuck up attitude and don’t even communicate with you. Very unwelcoming. Definitely gone down hill since I’ve been with the bank for four years. I’ll be switching soon.

Robin at the Millville BB&T branch is absolutely fantastic!!!! She followed up and resolved my issue in less then an hour! After a different branch quoted me $500 and a lengthy process. She absolutely went above and beyond for me! Christina and the team in Millville are always so very friendly and the customer service is the best in the company, and in the banking industry!!! Five stars for sure!!!

1 star because the ATM NEVER WORKS! every single time I go it’s broken Litterly all the time. The inside is very nice and professional though definitely 10/10. But that atm though SMD!

I wish I could give zero stars. I only come here when I have to but sheesh, wish I didn't have to. Staff is unfriendly, to say the least. Today I sat at the drive up for about 10 minutes with no greeting and I couldn't even see anyone at the window so who knows what they were doing. Two minutes after I sent my canister over they finally said welcome to BB&T -- I should have been long gone by the time they said welcom

This is my local BB&T since I can stop by on the way home from work. Pretty much only ever swing by the drive through, but staff are always friendly and quick with my deposit every Friday. Had one of the employees even order me a new card when I had mentioned my chip was a bit worn on one of my stops there. Got that fixed up for me without me having to go through any trouble or come back in for it.

This bank....so many many problems. I miss Sussquahanna bank. BB&T does not care about their customers. They have ridiculous fees. They have screwed us over too many times. I'm dropping this bank. Never again. I recommend everyone that has this bank to leave.

I have been using BB&T for over 10 years. Rarely have I had any problems. There will always be some and there will always be busy days where some have to wait. Very polite employees and a wonderful manager.

Since this bank changed from Susquehanna to BB&T I regret every single time I have to go in..their is usually 1 teller, you may get lucky and see 2 when u walk in...I have been inside 20 minutes at a time on more than one occasion just trying to take care of 1 transaction! The worst was just recently, now mind you I am in this bank at least 2 times a week, I went to deposit some monies in MY business account and asked for a balance from a girl whom has seen me at least 50 times since she became an employee their (after I became a customer I may add) so she asks me for I.D, ok here it is than she tells ME IM NOT AN AUTHORIZED SIGNER ON THE ACCOUNT SO I CANNOT HAVE A BALANCE.."excuse me" what did u just say? I'm the ONLY signer on this account. I had to wait to see a manager than spend at least 30 minutes with her. I do not have time everytime I go into my bank to handle business to be in their 20-30 minutes!!! O and it's reeeallly irritating when the teller is busy waiting on a line of 5/6 people and u turn around and see 2 offices with ladies sitting at their desks literally texting on their phones and everything is backed up in the lobby!!! Come on!
