Goodwill Store & Donation Center is a nonprofit thrift store that sells gently-used donated items such as clothing, accessories, home décor, books, toys, furniture, and home medical equipment. The store helps fund job training programs and career services for individuals with disabilities and disadvantages, and offers a free high school diploma through its Helms Academy. Customers appreciate finding good items at low prices, although opinions vary on store organization and cleanliness. Some mention that prices have become a bit higher, and the store can feel dark, old, and somewhat run down. Shopping can be challenging due to limited shopping carts, especially for those with disabilities. There are also concerns about the store's atmosphere, with some feeling it has shifted from a simple place to buy inexpensive items to a more crowded, less organized space with newer, more expensive cars parked outside. Despite these issues, visitors often find worthwhile items without spending much money. Additionally, a security check at the exit is noted, which some find unusual. Overall, Goodwill provides affordable shopping options while supporting community programs, though the shopping experience can be inconsistent.

It's gotten a lot better than a few years ago. It's organized despite the public who come in a throw things around. Staff seem nicer these days despite being understaffed at the cash register during Sunday. Overall it's big improvement keep up the good work.
