Made an 8am apt online. Checked in online in my car. Text to come in and I was processed in less than a minute. The technician was polite, understanding, and efficient! I was back in my car by 8am.

I AM LEGALLY BLIND N EACH TIME I GO IN TO GET MY BLOODWORK DONE I CAN'T USE THE KIOSK MACHINE SO I ASK WHOEVER IS THERE THAT DAY. AND I ALWAYS RECEIVE FAST CARE. PEOPLE COME IN AFTER ME N THE STAFF KNOWS I WAS THERE 1ST N THEY TAKE ME. HELP ME I GO IN THE BACK N I'M DONE IN 5 MINS. CLEAN PLACE THEY OPEN EARLY 6 AM. KIND PEOPLE N NO WAIT TIME. I DON'T KNOW WHERE PEOPLE SAY THEY WAITED LONG THAT IS NOT TRUE FOR ME. I WALK IN NO APPT. AND I LEAVE IN LESS THEN 10 MINS. GREAT PLACE PLEASE KEEP THIS MILLVILLE OFFICE IT HELPS US WHO HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION.

My mom went in today for routine blood work. She was very grateful for Jenene or Jeanne who took her blood. The first worker was impatient and couldn't take her blood.

I sat in the waiting room for 50 mins while everyone else got called to the back. And also i wasn't even asked if i been taking care of after sitting there for 50 mins. They walked pass me on cell phones.

I would have given a 2 star, but with how rude the lady was at the check in, a zero star would be more appropriate. I had pre checked in over a week before my appointment. Online I was trying to reverse my insurance due to it was showing primary insurance in wrong order. I was able to to make the change on the machine in office, but I was having trouble with machine reading my QR code. I asked the lady at front desk if I was doing it wrong. She about jumped down my throat like I was a dog. When she called me up I asked if my insurance was in the proper order, she never answered me. I also told her that all the hand sanitizer machines were empty, she never responded. Just completely the most rudest person ever. If you don’t like your job, get a different one. There’s no need to be treated so mean. She needs to be reported! The tech in the back was awesome, she did a great job drawing blood. The draw rooms really need to be painted, it looked dirty back there. I will ask for my next script to a different facility.

I tried calling to verify they received the faxed order from my doctor before heading over there first thing in the morning for some fasting bloodwork. after several days of trying to get through and leaving messages I gave up. They simply do not answer the phone for patients. I called my doctor and had them fax the order to another location that does. Customer service must be awful.

Very clean Facility! They took social distancing very seriously, however I was not satisfied with the customer service.. I was in today 08/4/2020 for a drug screening checked in and was denied access because my timeframe has expired! (Which is understandable). I contacted my job and they were able to extend the time for me to take the test. Since I was already at the facility, I wasn’t sure if I was able to show the front desk the new paperwork and go back or if I had re-check in and wait. If I had to wait I was going to update the HR at my workplace to see if she could extend the timeframe again. The associates were very rude and were not willing to listen to my questions and answer in a polite way. The first associates rolled her eyes as if I was an inconvenience for going to the desk and asking a question. The next associate jumped in and continued to point and tell me that “I NEED TO UNDERSTAND that if I had a time and it expired That I would have to sit and wait until called, because if it was me in that situation and someone cut in front of me I wouldn’t be happy about it. So I NEED to go sit down and wait. ” I told the associate that I was just asking a simple question and didn’t need the attitude because I do not go to Labcorp often so I’m unsure of the policy. Her tone and pointed attitude discouraged me so I did not go through with the screening. In the future I will be going to another facility in Vineland. I understand jobs can be stressful being that I worked in customer service for almost 10 years. However, it is not fair for someone who has a simple question to be treated as an inconvenience.
