There was two “managers” Rob and Kevin who lied to me about their positions were so rude. When I brought my concerns to them, about me wanting to buy some products but instead were laughing and being extremely rude. They told me they were the store manager until I asked multiple times. They would not even wait on me, I guess I’ll have to go to home depot for the flooring of my house

Bought a grill from them online, chose to have it assembled by them. Got a notification about an hr later saying it was ready. (Figured they already had some put together) drove 45 mins to pick it up to find out that it wasn't assemble and they only do assembly on Sunday night. (Ordered on a Thursday) I've called 5 times to speak to an associate to make sure it was assembled and have yet to speak to a single person at the store (tried seasonal dept and customer service)

Had a man in water heater dept. was very rude or out line very bad manners towards a women very ignorant I left and went to home depot n will continue to shop there instead

worst shopping experience ever 9x7 garage door marked 648.00 internet states $502.00 out of stock store has 3 instock Dept head no help Had to wait for cashier to finish texting again when I tried to pay in cash no help to load in truck after asking No one offered help was told wrong Dept June 23 24 10:45 am
