I've been banking with Millville Savings Bank for over 10 years and I am not pleased with the current situation that I am dealing with. The bank refused to process a business wire transfer that I was trying to complete due to their suspicions. Then I requested that the bank process a wire transfer to my secondary bank, and I am still waiting for the wire transfer to clear since Friday 8/11. This is ridiculous!

Long story short , not happy 2x had problems with my debit card when I go on vacation and got a bunch of excuse nobody won’t admit they messed up , 3 strikes and I’m done , been there for 25 yrs pretty disappointed , branch mgr has reached out to me and explain things to me I feel better about the situation he was very professional and problem was solved I will cont to satisfy customer thank you Millville savings bank

Went to ask them about opening up a business checking account and their representative was clearly not trained well nor was she listening to what I was even asking. I felt like, based on what I heard, that I was being talked at by her. Additionally, I would have someone that could properly articulate a clear cohesive sentence interface with customers, that did not sound too good on my ears and pushed me away just based on a phone call.
