“Vineland location, 800 block of Landis Avenue. Easy parking on the street. Great job replacing the battery in my iPhone 12 Pro Max. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced. I’ll go back in a heartbeat. Nice polite technician.”

“I highly recommend this AT&T store! The customer service is 5 star. I walked in to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy flip since it was old and I dropped it the day before and it was holding on to dear life. Angel was working alone and there were 2 customers ahead of me. She greeted me and made me feel comfortable while I waited. She made sure to circulate and assist everyone by prioritizing their needs. When it was my turn she helped me pick the perfect plan and phone, applied a senior discount on my billing, changed my name on my account, and took her time explaining AT&T wifi, which I signed up for, as I have been looking to break away from my way too expensive cable and wifi bill for awhile. She then did a smart transfer from my old phone to my new one, while helping other customers who came after me in the same friendly and attentive way. In a world where customers rarely feel valued any longer, I can honestly say that is not the case with Angel and this AT&T store on Landis Ave in Vineland. Angel is patient, kind, friendly, and helpful, more than 5 stars!”

“My apologies to the worker that was here today. She was genuinely nice to us and my family gave her attitude on repeat and kept twisting her words and misunderstanding her. Everything she was saying made sense, both customers just did not want to listen. I hope she's having a good day after this, and I'm sorry again”

“Just left store feeling a sense of relief, the associate (NATHALYE CABRERA) was extremely patient/professional & very helpful, I had screen/setting issue's & she was able to put my phone back the way it was & helped me navigate to the settings area & showed me where to put it, I would never have able to have done this without her help!”
