Required assistance faxing something associates refused to assist me to fax I even offered to tip $10 to whichever associate that would help me fax and they still refuse to assist me.
I went to the UPS store down the street and oh my God they are the nicest people I've ever met in my life. If the UPS store down the street offers the services that you require from Staples skip staples and go to the UPS store.

I had purchased ink for my Epson copier. I put the ink in, and did everything I could to get the machine to print. Unfortunately, it was a goner. I took the ink back to Staples, received a refund (credit to my credit card), which I was pleased about, since it cost $67.00.
I was unable to get the same copier, so I purchased a new copier/scanner/fax that was on sale for a good price. I hope the new one gives me years of service like the Epson XP 440 did.
Additionally, the sales clerks were pleasant, and very helpful!

Went to Staples store for an item I needed for my phone. I asked salesperson for it, explain, what I needed. And what I would do with it. He walked me to it. He explained which one was the better for me and explained how it works Than walked me to cashier she rung me up . It was quick easy trip.

Won't be back to Millville location. Workers in the copy center make it very clear that you're bothering them if you need help. Drove a half hour to get there to be treated like garbage. In the future, I'll drive a full hour to go back to the Cherry Hill location before i go back to the Mill-villains. The Cherry Hill-billies were much busier n still managed to be pleasant.

I had a very small box to ship my broken iPhone to apple. As I'm handing the box over I notice that the lid is coming open. So I see two rolls of packing tape on the desk, and ask if I could get 1” piece of the tape to hold the box closed. “No that’s not community tape.” I could see if I had a box that I wanted to tape together. Or if I needed a 3 ft or even a 1ft piece of tape, but but a 1” piece come on. I have purchased computers, laptops, computer desk, and a $200 chair to go with it. Literally spent thousands of dollars in that store. Never again you lost a good customer over a 1” piece of tape.

Brought in a box that had to be returned with the label already printed. All I needed was some tape to tape the box up and tape the label .. was told I had to purchase a roll of tape and was not allowed to use theirs.. I’ve used theirs in the past.. stupid stuff.

My fiance just bought a new desk, we brought it home and it was cracked in half. We needed the desk for the next day. We called to return it because they were closing in 30 minutes just so I could give them a warning and ask if it was a problem. They only had the floor model left. They got it ready for him but when we brought it home and disassembled it to get it through our front door the legs were cracked from previous assembly. It also looked like they put dry wall screws in the leg to get it to stay for the display... They didn't offer us a discount on the floor model that already has dinged up corners before we even knew about the damaged leg. I appreciate them helping us before they closed that is why I give a 2 stars but the fact that both tables are broken really rubs me the wrong way... So we have a broken desk and have to makeshift the broken leg to stay on just so he has a desk for Monday. Plus we wasted gas going back to return the previously broken one. Hope someone can make this right
