I have to leave a bad review in the hope that the owner will improve the quality of service.... Today I was surprised by the rudeness and incontinence of the store employee (unfortunately I don't know her name). Because my husband doesn't understand English well, he had to ask the information several times. After that this woman blushed and began to answer rudely and in an elevated tone, showing her displeasure....I advise you to use the services of another store t-mobile, which is located in the shopping center, there are more attentive and restrained employees.

I walked into Xfinity today to upgrade 5 phones. So unhappy, I walked out & went to this T-Mobile. Lorenzo was amazing. He got got us the 5 new phones we wanted at the best deal possible. He spent so much time working with us & making sure everyone was happy. The professionalism, knowledge & customer service of this store was evident the moment we walked in. Nothing like the zombies at Xfinity lol

I just had to pick up a USB cable to work with a rental car and Aisha was very Helpful and was trying her hardest to switch me over from AT&T to T mobile.... Maybe someday I don't know.

Went cause my phone was not charging correctly don't remember who I spoke too but the staff was very professional and they educated me when over charging my phone can be bad for the phone thanks so much for all the advice on phone charging I feel like an expert now ?

My husband went in today 8/17 about switching over form another carrier. The woman that we will say helped him was pushing the most expensive phone that we did not need. After several times he said I do not want or need that she was not helpful at all. He asked how much total to walk out the door and she said there is an activation fee. He told her there was not and she had to go look it up and said oh yeah your right. She didn't even know her own store information. We asked about porting the number and she made it a giant deal and said he could get a temp number and port later because its a hassle. After that he just walked out. We're going to another phone company. This is nuts.

This store and the employee Lorenzo specifically literally will screw up everything and take ZERO responsibility for their incompetence. He transferred our account over while ACTIVELY KNOWING what type of phone we had only for our phones not to qualify for the deal we came in for. After he canceled our account with Verizon, then he figures out our phones don't qualify and guess what? Oh well. He doesn't care. Aiysha, the manager on duty doesn't care either. They're incompetent and they will screw you over. STAY AWAY!

After a 30 minute wait. The customer service guy was very rude. T mobile changed their system and has my family's account messed up. This should be an issue T mobile takes care of. I was told my father and I are listed as 1 name. Even though I've given T mobile my license 2 times this year.

Tayshee B went up to bat for me ! I had such a hard time getting Verizon to give me my number anything I needed it was a hassle but she stuck with me and made sure I had the best of everything !! She’s amazing go see her 10 stars for all the staff
