“My experience with Steve and Frank with clover auto sales is hands down the best experience I have ever had with any used car sales people. I frequently research and help purchase vehicles for friends and family and this is the tenth used car I have been involved in purchasing. I am from Texas and I will not hesitate to make the over 3,000 mile round trip to their location again if I need to get another quality, used vehicle.It's the little things that tell me these guys are very honest.When you travel long distances, sales people tend to take advantage of you because they can. Human nature, I suppose.Usually I get slapped with anywhere between $200 to $700 in extra, made-up, fees once I show up to purchase the car. Not these guys! The ONLY extra fee I got from the quoted price was a $7.50 fee for the temporary tag. I gave him $8 and told him to keep the change. He slid a dollar back and told me to do the same :^D.Before I traveled up there, I asked him to do an oil change for my long trip ahead. I incorrectly thought they had a mechanic shop on the premises. These guys not only went to the expense and effort of taking it to a mechanic to get an oil change (checked the fluids and the tires too without me even asking), they also didn't charge me a dime!On my way back home, I got stranded because the fuel pump gave out. It was running solidly up until it gave out and there was no way to have known this was going to be an issue. These things happen when you buy a truck pushing 200,000 miles!Anyway, Steve kept up with me all the way home and made sure I was ok.I've never met them before but I hope to see them again. It was a pleasure doing business with you fine gentlemen.”
