Our mail carrier started leaving our mail on the hood of our car instead of the mailbox. Then he decided to hold it without saying anything to us. When I called the person on the phone was rude and dismissive and made me wait almost a half hour on hold so that she could give me a 5 word answer that clearly had no thought put into it. She then hung up on my when she decided she was done speaking to me even though I still had questions. She provided me with incorrect information seemingly on purpose. On top of this I had to call 6 consecutive times before anyone cared to answer.

For the past 2 months I don't know what is going on but everybody on my block has not gotten their mail to almost 5:00 p.m.. and we used to get it all the time between 11:00 and 11:30 in the morning. For the last 2 days I have not got my mail to almost 6:00 p.m. this is getting ridiculous

For some reason every time it's not my normal delivery person and there is a sub delivering my packages either are being stolen or delivered somewhere else . Guess that's my fought for living in south jersey which has turned into a toilet.

The Biggest problem with the post office is the Lack of Educated Bosses and the Union Representatives are Worthless.

Recently had a staff change. Either that or the workers seem to have gotten nicer because everytime I call I get friendly enough service... Im still scared to go back because of that old lady though.
UPDATE: I just decided to stop going in and instead signing up for informed delivery this lets me manage my mail and packages and see what I'm getting for the day ahead of time well most of the time or sometimes they don't send it. I just file claims online and wait for a response which takes longer than just calling but realistically nobody was going to wait on the phone for an hour plus for no reason. Now I've got to say this place has horrible ratings but the people delivering my mail are always nice and friendly when I talk to them and sometimes they start a conversation this makes getting packages way better and UPS my rating for the Post Office. I would really recommend you not go inside because it's dead empty in there for a reason it's slow and you're not going to get good support unless you're lucky.
Update: I keep getting the wrong parcel locker key I hate this update

Was here to drop off a package recently when one of the workers in the back named Ryan went out of his way to help me and this other poor old lady. He was super kind, friendly, and helpful. It is people like that who need to be rewarded in life and I hope the Post Office gives him a raise and a reward for him going above and beyond!!

I want to thank Keisha (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) and all of the staff at the 08332 post office! I mail ordered some baby chickens and they are very fragile. All of the babies made it to their destination safe and sound all the way from Iowa.I am very grateful that they were handled with care and I am so appreciative of the USPS, and the wonderful people who keep it running!
