Walgreens in Millville NJ is great. They do everything for me. They get all of my refills done and I don't have to do anything except pick them up. The drive thru is very fast and easy. It's quick and my prescriptions always cost 0$.

We were told our prescription would be ready between 6 and 6:30. We waited until 7:30 to go back to pick it up. It wasn't ready, but they filled it while we waited. HOWEVER, they couldn't give it to us because the pharmacist stepped out.

I love the points program and always use them to buy my make up and other personal items with a *GOOD* discount. ( I once bought almost $200 worth of stuff and only had to pay $50 because of the discounts!)I love this Walgreens. The cashiers, pharmacy, and other workers are always SO pleasant and have never been rude in anyway and are always helpful and have smiles, which I love! There is nothing worse than a grouch.Keep up the great work Walgreens! ?

Walgreen’s has been my pharmacy for many years. The staff has always been pleasant & helpful. HOWEVER, today 10/21/2022 my son went to pick up my 2 scripts my doctor had called in & that I desperately needed but, when he went there there was a sign on the window saying pharmacy closed. Yet, this morning I had received notification that they were ready to be picked up today. I am not at all happy with that. Why did they say ready to pick up today and they were closed ?

What the heck??? Very rude manager. They told me that my order was ready and then when I came in they didn't even have it. What a waste of my time. And then as I was leaving after I gave up trying to argue with them, the manager called me a racial expletive. I would give them a zero if I could. You're better off going anywhere other than here!!

Have one of the best pharmacies out here. They explained their systematic error, and was willing to give alternate options on how and where I can get my medication. They even remain professional when customers are lashing out on them for something they cannot control. Bravo to the staff for being able to remain calm under such circumstances!!!!

This Walgreens is the worst pharmacy i have ever had to endure! They have had technical difficulties for the last 3 days and never notified anyone, not even their own home office. I had my doctor call in 2 prescriptions on Friday( not aware of technical difficulties) due to an emergency situation. I asked my husband to go pick them up along with a few that they said were ready the day before only to find them closed with a sign saying their computers were down. We tried all day Saturday to find out what was happening and how to get my medicine. I called the home office and they were completely unaware of any problems. They connected me to the vineland store but they couldn’t help me either. So here it is now Sunday and still no medications and Monday is a Holiday so they will be closed. At least they could have notified their pharmacy customers or have a back up plan so we could get our medications. Their customer service is the worst ever! They fill prescriptions that i have told them several time i no longer take and then make excuses for it. I will be transferring my stuff elsewhere as soon as i get back from the emergency room! ( doctors not in on weekends)

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with in 25 years experience! I was calling in a prescription for my patient and they not only hung up on me twice after being on hold for over 20 minutes but they said they were too busy and could not take my call for my patients prescription! Unreal! If there this busy everyone should watch there medications-The Pharmacist Lilliam didn't even apologize. So rude!

Tried to pick up since last Friday. Made 3 trips in town to get meds, not open. try to call, listen to all the bs on the automated line, then finally hear, sorry, experiencing difficulties, please try later, goodbye. You’re playing with people’s lives here! Not like you can just go elsewhere to get your stuff! If computers are down, can’t transfer prescriptions! Ugh!
