Looking to switch back to Comcast from Verizon so I went to directly to the store. Long line even before it opened. Nice waiting room with big tvs. Staff is friendly and helpful BUT... I went in with specials that I received in the mail and the worker claimed he knew nothing about it. Needless to say I'm still with Verizon!!

I have to give Comcast one star for being consistent, every single thing they do is messed up every time. I just wanted to take my $230 a month Comcast bill and just get 300 a second internet. Oh but I'm a customer of Comcast so it's going to be $130 I don't get the $45 deal that a new customer would get I need to pay $130 for it. So I asked for my service to be canceled on my next anniversary date and they canceled it that day. So I called Verizon they were nice enough to get out in a couple days and give me 300 a second $35 a month internet. I told my tenant about this and he said yeah I hate Comcast I'm going to get rid of them too and have another company just give me internet for streaming. Still all in all I do need to admit that Comcast is really consistent at just screwing everything up you ask them to do. I have dozens of other examples of things that Comcast messed up over the years I felt forced to use them for my service. And by the way how come $230 a month for Content that 40% of the content are commercials why is that.

I walked in today to upgrade 5 phones. The guy they gave me was awful. I asked about trade ins & he said no the phones were not mint. I asked about any promotions, again No! So I asked why would I as a customer of 4+ years come back here for new phones. I could go to a new carrier with deals & freebies. His reply, I’m sorry you feel that way. He wasn’t very convincing, so we left & went to TMobile where we got great deals, trade ins & amazing customer service. I only wish I could have gone back with the pretty pink TMobile bags ti rub it in. They work on commission right lol.

Your wifi sucks. Have the best package yet I always get kicked out of games when I’m wired into the internet. Useless.
