I came in for builder gel and left in pain. The tech drilled directly on my natural nails and cured each nail one at a time, causing intense burning. I was sweating and nearly jumped out of the chair from how bad it hurt. I told them I’ve had builder gel before and it’s never felt like this, but nothing was changed. Won’t be coming back. If you want builder gel done correctly DO NOT GO HERE.

I never have written a review before but this place is absolutely ridiculous. I had called prior and asked for an acrylic fill and the man on the phone said come right in which was very strange for a friday afternoon. I went in and got seated and not a single other people was there which was weird and i should have left then and there. the young girl who was doing my nails was very rude. she kept huffing and puffing and sighing and visibly was annoyed and didn’t seem to want to be there. i complimented the nails she had displayed behind her at a attempt to make small talk in a EMPTY salon and she ROLLED HER EYES at me. She kept turning my hand and got visibly even more annoyed for me doing what she asked me to do with my hand. all the tips are on my nails and she pulled out a container of gel i explained that when i called i asked for acrylic and they tell me they don’t have that. then why tell me to come in??? at this point i can’t do anything the tips are on my fingers already. whatever I let her continue. I showed a picture and asked for white nails with glitter and gems on the ring finger. very simple design. she didn’t put glitter she put another nail polish on over the white and it’s not even close to what i had asked for. then time to pay they charge me 120$ which is absolutely ridiculous considering it was their mistake not telling me they don’t have acrylic and the state of my nails. I’ve never paid 120$ when i absolutely love my nails it’s ridiculas to pay that when its not even close to what i asked for. don’t waste your money go ANYWHERE else. read the other reviews or even take a peak in to the salon. the absence of customers tells you everything you need to know. my advice, maybe don’t work somewhere you don’t want to. no need to be rude to people paying way overpriced to begin with.

I have never written a review but for this place I must. They are a SCAM!!! I was there to get my nails, toes, and eyebrows done and had the worst experience I’ve ever had. Online you can book a pedicure for $30 and when you walk inside to the left is there menu where the price is listed the same. However, when getting them done they hand you a menu with different options and the lowest being $40, I figured it was an old menu or a typo, so I chose it (it said classic). Afterwards they charge me the $40 and I kindly explained when I booked the appointment it stated $30 and so did the menu on the wall. The manager then said it was because they perform a callous remover (as any regular pedicure does). Why would they charge an extra 10 dollars to scrape my feet, and also be sleazy and not write that anywhere or be clear that was an extra charge. Then when I was getting my nails done the girl was beyond unprofessional and rude. She was huffing and puffing the entire time, and at one time, even clicked her tongue out of annoyance at me. I accidentally hit my one nail on the side of the UV lamp and she had to fix it, which is her job that she clearly was in no mood to do both kindly or professionally. Also, their prices are disgustingly high. I got a gel set and wanted French and they were going to charge me $110 dollars compared to at 3D nails it would’ve costed me near $70-80. Mind you, they keep all of this hidden until the end, and I’m glad I asked before because I needed up getting just one basic color and it was still $90. And when the girl finished she just got up and left, without saying anything, and didn’t even fix the bottom of the nails that still have dust and glue all over them. Do not come here.

First time being here with my sister today hoping to find a new shop because the lady I been going with does not work there anymore. This is her location where she been for a little while now for her nails. I got a new UV set and im very happly with the result. I will definitly be back to give the pedicure a shot too.
