Do not and I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They sold me a 2003 Honda Civic that has a slipping transmission, with a rotted brake-line ( which would cause me to immediately fail emission test while telling me it only had a a/c problem. Also they said there mechanic never worked on it yet but the car looked like it had been parked under a tree for a while and it had new spark plugs new brake and my mechanic said they had worked on the car somewhat. i bought the car for $3000 and ended up spending over $2000 on repair. Also they sold it with no warranty when only a private owner not a dealer can do that .Seem nice but do not be fooled

Bought a car from these guys last summer in august, was told after signing that it was bought as is. Immediately began having issues, they said they would have their in-house mechanic take a look, and did relatively nothing to resolve them. Had to pay out of pocket myself in the first place, and yes obviously there were underlying issues I did not find out until later. Since I bought this vehicle from them I have had nothing but problems. These guys obviously prayed on someone who was desperate to find a vehicle to find employment. Now I'm stuck with it and from all the repeat overheating issues I may end up having to spend well over what the car is worth to fix it. If you need a used car, find someplace else, these guys will s**** you anyway they can.

These are not professional dealers. They are shady people and will sell you an awful car while they lie straight to your face. Couldn’t even make the 2 hour drive home with car. Juan won’t answer texts and won’t help fix the terrible disaster he sold me and lied about. They will be reported for FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Hello. I have to admit that they worked hard to get my girlfriend approved for a vehicle. But I'm starting to realize now why they worked so hard. The truck she was approved for looked brand new and low miles. Actually in reality it was and still is a lemon. That's why they worked so hard to get her approved so they can dump their junk onto other people.Juan and Greg told us and sent us messages that they would straighten everyrhing out. My girlfriend had the truck sent to a real mechanic and not someone who owns a little gas (aka legacy motors). The scan showed alot of problems wrong with the truck. As soon as the truck was taken back to dealer all of a sudden those codes disappeared and only one showed up. It took them almost 3 weeks to fix the problem their so called mechanic found.the moment we get the truck back and my girlfriend drive truck less than 2 miles light comes back on and all the codes that showed before was once again showing up. Whats really funny is this place told us not to trust the small dealer at bottom of hill. Top of the hill is the biggest con-artist of them all

Signed a contract to purchase a vehicle on May 14 th, 2021. The Vehicle was noted to run ROUGH after a test drive, my partner and I were told by the Dealer & his financial agent this was a minor issue (Tensioner & Serpentine belt), that would be replaced/fixed and ready for me to pick vehicle up the following week. The following week we made the trip to TOP OF THE HILL to comply paperwork, and pickup vehicle. At that time, the Dealer admitted NOT REPLACING Tensioner or belt, stating the problem was that the vehicle just needed an OIL CHANGE (?). Vehicle started up, seemed to be fine, so we left with vehicle. On the trip home, the vehicle started running ROUGH AGAIN, almost stalling out at low speed, (I was on Highway in heavy late afternoon traffic), too far away to turn around, before arriving home the ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I called and left message with Dealership as they had closed. The Dealer insisted he would pay to have a local shop by me, fix it, that I would be HAPPY, insisting the vehicle was DEPENDABLE and Reliable. Vehicle was brought to a local certified shop for diagno, a Scan was done. The result looked like BUCKSHOT hit the printout for the number of FAULTS shown. Consequently, the Dealer decided to have the Vehicle Towed back to his local repair shop. I asked for a FULL REFUND. Not wanting to deal with a newly purchased vehicle being in a repair shop twice in less than three weeks, after placing $5K down on a $17K vehicle. I required something Dependable & Reliable. However, the deal/agent (Juan) insisted problem was going to be fixed, all the FAULTS CORRECTED, and all would resolved. Promised I would be HAPPY, and satisfied the truck wid be like new. The Dealer even offered to make my first car payment because my payment was coming due.3 weeks later, Vehicle was driven back to me by Dealer, and upon delivery, said ALL WAS REPAIRED. including ANOTHER OIL CHANGE (?), and a NEW GAS CAP. Further stating he personally drove vehicle for a couple hundred miles to make sure all was in order. He left heading back to N.J. (Turned out, Dealer lied, because I checked mileage, he drove it over 500 miles (suspicious), why? Was he trying to Clear Faults or Codes?)Bottom line, the day vehicle was returned, on the way to work, the ENGINE LIGHT came back on, showing a Gas Cap issue, also indicating a proolem with Sensors and EVAP system, and PCM. I called Dealer next day!To date, ENGINE LIGHT IS ON , vehicle RUNS ROUGH, will stall out, and I haven't had it long enough, or without ENGINE LIGHT ISSUES to even get it INSPECTED. Dealer claims to have a 3 month warranty on vehicle but has NOT supplied me with the documentation. Additionally, when I asked for paperwork to verify his claim of having made repairs on vehicle I get EXCUSES. I have inquired locally about the repairs ENGINE CODES are indicating...they are EXTENSIVE. Small shops refuse to work on it. Tell me two things...vehicle is a LEMON, and to take it to FORD. OR GET MY MONEY BACK!Dealer will NOT RETURN MY CALLS, texts or emails. Nor will the shop that Supposedly did work on vehicle. To date, repairs stated to have been done by Dealer have yet to be VERIFIED... I have written text and sent emails from the Agent Juan, as proof of Dealer's promises to FIX VEHICLE.Now, I have a vehicle, broken down at my workplace, and car payments to make on it after putting down $5K. I've driven the vehicle less than 400 hundred miles. I live in Wilkes-barre, PA.As a woman, 68 yr of age, this entire event screams of FRAUD, I reported it to N.J. B.B.B

Wanted an old used car for my then 18 year old high school graduate. The car was old, 16 years old, but had new tires. New transmission. Great price. My boy joined the Marines and that car brought him back and forth from NC to Jersey for years, safely. Outstanding customer service. Honest. Affordable. I highly recommend.

Greg takes care of his customers. We bought a Jeep recently for my son, which unfortunately has thrown us some some curve balls. Along the way Greg has provided above and beyond service. Highly recommend this home-town business. He truly cares about his customers.

A pleasure to deal with! Greg is a great guy to work with, we worked around the price of the truck and found a number we both could live with. I would definitely tell people to stop by and check them out!

Greg and Top of the Hill did everything they could to find the right car for my family and I. He was reasonable on price, and really cared that we got a quality vehicle. We ended up buying a beautiful Jeep that runs perfectly. The best part about the whole deal was the fact that he said if there is ever an issue with the car, he would fix it. He was truly an honest and caring business owner, and definitely one of the few around. I highly recommend going to Top of the Hill if your looking for a quality car at a reasonable price. You won't regret it.
