“I had a great experience with buying my son's first car. My son and I went to this dealer on Friday 10/27/23 and browsed around for a bit, there was no pressure by the owner or his partner, I finally asked to see the silver 2010 Nissan Maxima, I met with the owner Michael and he answered a few questions and then we told him we will circle back because we wanted to keep our options open. Michael was polite and said ok thank you and he will be open till 7pm. Fast forward an hour or two and we returned back and decided to take the car for a test drive. I was very impressed with the condition of the vehicle and we decided to buy it. I returned that same day with my sons mom and we filled out the paperwork which was about 20min or less. That Monday morning I called Michael with some minor concerns with the vehicle, the interior lights did not turn on and there was a noise in the front end, he told me to drop it off and he would have it looked at. He called me back that same day and advised me that he fixed the interior light issue (a fuse) and that he wants to keep it overnight to have the noise checked in the front end. He calls me Tuesday afternoon to advise me the car is all fixed and he replaced a bushing in the front end and saw that the front brakes and rotors needed some attention so he replaced them. I advised him that my sons mom and I were at work and could not pick the car up until tomorrow, so he offered to drop the car off at my house. I thanked Michael and was very pleased the way he handled my business. I was very pleased with the professionalism he and his partner displayed. I was also impressed with the office conditions, clean, neat and very representable. I did not feel abandoned after the purchase. I will definitely recommend this dealership and the customer service.
