“In general I am very skeptical of visiting any auto repair services. I have had bad experiences earlier. But Advanced auto center and the owner Manoj simply gained my trust by explaining everything in detail about the repairs and the issues which helped me making decisions. He and his team were very quick in turnaround time. He immediately gave attention to the problem. Apart from the great work, Manoj was great is communication and very patient. “We were going to have them replace a tire for us, but then something else happened to the car that they were unable to fix. So, we needed to tow the car to a dealership that could do all the work. They were very gracious about everything and refunded our deposit on the tire which we ended up not getting. They also allowed us to stay in the store after closing time to wait for the tow truck. This is the kind of thoughtfulness and consideration that makes for good business.”

“Brought my BMW 335 here to get my wheels refinished. They did a great job fixing them up. I noticed a bit of vibration after picking it up, so I called them up and they told me to bring it back in. It was fixed and I was back on the road again. My car runs super smooth now and the wheels look brand new. Thank you Jonn! Great service and excellent work. I would recommend getting it done after driving over all the potholes in tri-state. My car feels new now.”

“I had my first ever car for 12 years and I knew it was time to upgrade. I shopped around at many dealerships/brands and knew I had found the right fit with the Hyundai Tucson hybrid and with Darren as my salesperson. Darren went above and beyond for me. He was personable, honest, caring, and did not attempt to treat me as though I were ignorant to the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He answered all of my questions, promptly responded to calls and emails, and made sure I got what I wanted and needed. If you’re shopping at route 1 Hyundai you MUST ask for Darren! You will be happy you did.Sales aside, I can say I didn’t have the best experience with finance when finalizing my purchase. They had advertised no financing until 2024 on ALL vehicles, which was confirmed for me…but apparently that didn’t apply to my new vehicle. While I understands mistakes happen, it doesn’t mean there aren’t consequences. Additionally, there is no need to treat a customer with a condescending tone and then get annoyed when said customer becomes angry. I was able to work everything out thankfully and it sounds like marketing information will be better qc’d in the future to better service customers.”
