“I had a really bad car accident and my car was towed here, the insurance has been a nightmare to deal with, with lack of communication and not giving me correct answers. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and nice to me, even when I was super upset (with the insurance not giving me a straight answer, plus seeing the car after the accident for the first time was very hard). My 3 and 5 year old, as we were leaving, even noted how kind the ladies were with this difficult time. Hope I never need this specific service again, but Im glad they were helpful in trying to walk me through the next steps!”
