“excellent care by Karyn Katz and the newest member of their nursing team! I could not have asked for a better exam with in depth questions about my health and current list of medications. They advised me that due to current terrible administration in the future Medicare will only cover these preventive exams every OTHER year. No reflection on Axia Brunswick Hills team, but they assured me they can address ANY of my issues that might arise before my next covered exam in 2 years [2028]. I HIGHLY recommend this firm/team for your ob/gyn needs.”

“I had to get blood work done twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time I went to Walgreens Lab Corp because of the emergency closure at the lab corp building. Shaku was sent to the Walgreens location. She helped me through my blood work despite my fainting spells around blood. I had to go back to the normal Lab Corp location to get additional blood work and by fate I was assigned to Shaku again one week later. She remembered my fainting spells and sat with me and helped me through it. Please request Shaku she’s wonderful.”

“As a veterinarian, I know that PCR tests only take about 3 to 4 hours to run. I realize in the beginning of the pandemic, labs were backed up as there were not enough doing the tests. Both my son and I have been tested at this lab in recent weeks. My turnaround time was less than 5 hours, my son's about 12 hours. They are quick, efficient, and very friendly. They also came out to my car to get the sample, making it a much safer experience for them and for me as I am showing upper respiratory signs. Thankfully the PCR was negative!”

“We had a fantastic experience at this Quest this morning with our 1 year old! Zero wait time. Mahogany, the phlebotomist was incredible and made it such a smooth and painless experience, my daughter did not shed a single tear! It was very clear that she was prepared to handle a baby and experienced in this. We have had less than ideal experiences at other labs with my older son in the past, so we will definitely be coming back here in the future for any pediatric lab draws. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!”

“Super easy getting a COVID test. You can easily get an appointment online and they take walk-ins. Was a bit confused since the location was in a big white converted shipping container outside a community center across the street from Aldi, but eventually figured it out. Got tested within minutes of arrival and the lady was very gentle with the swab. Had the results in 24 hours. Definitely much easier than any other testing places.”

“Excellent lab for the covid test. Helpful customer service before and after the test. They have provided quick and descriptive answers to my multiple questions before and after the test. Helped in insurance coverage. Results were provided on the same day or quick service with no hassle. My parents were flying on Sunday and, they were there for us. With them I had peace of mind that I may not have with other lab. Don't look further, this is the lab I will recommend highly.”
