Helped in insurance coverage. Results were provided on the same day or quick service with no hassle. My parents were flying on Sunday and, they were there for us. “I can't say enough about this practice! I see Dr. Ali as my primary care doctor and Dr. Najaf Asrar as my weight loss specialist. Dr. Ali is very knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. She is a very niceperson and truly listens! With Dr. Asrar's guidance, care, prescribing, and encouragement I have lost a total of 28lbs!!! I now exercise several times a week and I feel and look great! He is an awesome doctor who really knows what his stuff. He is very professional and a true gentleman. The office staff is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Grace is the best! Like I said, I can't say enough. I am very happy with the care I receive here. I feel well taken care of. “As a veterinarian, I know that PCR tests only take about 3 to 4 hours to run. I realize in the beginning of the pandemic, labs were backed up as there were not enough doing the tests. Both my son and I have been tested at this lab in recent weeks. My turnaround time was less than 5 hours, my son's about 12 hours. They are quick, efficient, and very friendly. They also came out to my car to get the sample, making it a much safer experience for them and for me as I am showing upper respiratory signs. Thankfully the PCR was negative!”

“I walk in this place with no appointment. I should rate more than 5 stars if I could, my experience here last week was fantastic. I always had a hard time searching for an affiliate facilities of my insurance but the receptionist she was very nice and helpful. They told me at first they don't usually accept walk ins. The receptionist accommodated me, she get my insurance card and script she brought at their office and I just waited maybe 15 minutes Jessica the lab tech approach me and let me in at the room. Jessica is top notch, knowledgeable, courteous.”

“For starters, I wouldn't write this review if the phlebotomist weren't so professional. She did a great job, quick and easy, she definitely knew what she was doing. I thought I scheduled an appointment for 7:40AM. Unfortunately when I tried to checkin they couldn't find my appointment. Maybe I didn't fill it out correctly. Anyway, I waited an additional 40min to get my blood drawn, but once I got in there it was a breeze!”

“Been coming here for years no issues. Yes there will be a wait time of 30-40 min maybe even an hour if you DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Some people think the staff is being rude my prioritizing appointments, but as a patient if I booked an appointment a whole week ahead of time, then I expect to be seen at that time. I had an appointment today at 11am, checked in and left by 11:17am people were mad they were waiting in line because they walked in over 39 minutes ahead of me, with no appointment. But that’s how appointments work in my opinion, if you want to be seen quicker book an appointment online it’s not that hard; the website walks you through it.Also I see people saying the staff is rude? The staff has never been rude to me, they just speak very direct as they should because sometimes people want to act entitled to certain things and that’s not how that works.”

“Super easy getting a COVID test. You can easily get an appointment online and they take walk-ins. Was a bit confused since the location was in a big white converted shipping container outside a community center across the street from Aldi, but eventually figured it out. Got tested within minutes of arrival and the lady was very gentle with the swab. Had the results in 24 hours. Definitely much easier than any other testing places.”

“Not really sure why this place has low ratings comparatively. This has become my routine bloodwork place since 2020 and never had a long wait time. Nicest thing about this location is they’re open on Saturdays and with an appointment of 7:00am morning, I always walk out of the lab by 7:10am. Better than fasting and waiting at doctors office until 9 or 10am. Just make sure you schedule your appointment much in advance to secure a spot.”
