“Our car was shaking on the right side when we we accelerated on the highway, as we headed up north the day before thanksgiving. We pulled off and went to 3 Star Auto Service randomly and ended up having a really positive experience. First off, I noticed that the waiting room had several other car owners there, both of whom were local, which I saw as a good sign. Secondly we were attended to immediately and the problem diagnosed within a half hour. The repair required ordering a part, but we were told it could be done that day in 3-4 hours. While they did the repair, we were driven to a nearby diner, and then picked up a couple hours later. Overall great communication, transparency about the repair, fair pricing, and general kindness towards our particular situation. Definitely a solid spot with great people!”

Great service and attention to detail, they fixed my alignment issue and my driving stability with my steeda suspension. they specialize in American muscle but definitely will take most cars and give all the same care they do just like for my mustang. “2012 Passat: Went in on recommendation of neighbor. Could not be happier. ‘12 Passat Back end was squeaking something awful. They replaced the rear shocks and mounts and the squeak is no more. Friendly service, reasonable price.
Bonus: waiting area is clean and has a vending machine. Meet my new mechanics!
2003 Tundra: purchased used from private seller. Did not have my mechanic look it over before purchase (mistake #1). After purchase, took it to my Dad’s mechanic and he worked on it but could not resolve issue. Finally had the sense to bring it to Clark’s. They diagnosed the issue, called me with their proposed solution and quoted me a price. And now that puppy runs great and has passed inspection too. Could not be happier with the service.”
“After having my truck serviced at a local dealership, the wheel of my truck came off while traveling on route 55. It happened early in the morning, and Matt from A Jacks responded promptly. His service and knowledge was five star! My truck went off the road when the wheel came off and Matt took the time to not further damage my truck when recovering the truck from the roadside. Thanks to him no further damage was done to my truck. I could not have asked for a better experience in a challenging situation.”
“Bought one tire due to driver side rear back caliper ceasing. Wheel froze and tire was dragged on street causing flat spot. Bought same tire to replace it. Previously bought set of 4 from them. Had them put on driver side rear. Took car out and still had thump, thump sound. Went back and they discovered that the bad tire was on rear PASSENGER side. They mounted the tire they removed from driver side rear and all well. Thank you guys for a job well done!”
