Well it took them over a decade.... but BA Monroe finally has a drive through ATM..... Hip Hip Hooray!!!!! ....And welcome to the 21'st century. which in turn means that we have a diminished exposure to the less that accommodating personalities behind the counters in doors. Win Win Folks!

My review is about Bank of America and not this particular branch, them as an institution. I've been a customer about twenty years, at one time Bank of America had my mortgage, my savings account, my checking account and a credit card. We wanted to refinance, I tried repeatedly without success to get someone from their mortgage department to call me back. Make no mistake, our mortgage wasn't in trouble, we'd never missed a payment, never had been late. I finally got a vice president to call me one morning. Oh he was all apologetic and we made an appointment for him to call me that evening. He didn't. We went with another lender. I'm a little unclear what happened about the savings account as it's been awhile, I think it had something to do with taking the mortgage elsewhere so they were going to start charging fees. Charging me fees to hold on to my money and be able to use it. I went with a savings plan elsewhere. This past week I over-drafted my checking account. I admit it was my fault but after being a customer for twenty years and knowing I've hardly ever done that I called to ask them to forgive the fee. I called three times yesterday and each time the hold time was over an hour. Finally I got through this morning, the hold was only forty-five minutes, and was told by the representative that they would not be able to dismiss the fee. Saturday morning I'll be at the bank down the street opening a checking account there. As for the credit card I plan on consolidating a few of them, Bank of America will be the first paid off and will never be used again. Like I told the phone rep this morning, keep the $35, you've lost a twenty year customer for good.

One ATM outdoors. No drive up ATM, and that single ATM has been broken EVERY single time I have come here. I finally get inside after waiting with other folks who were waiting for a broken ATM. No ATM inside either. Four people working, and only one of them serving people to start, despite knowing these people are all only here because of your constantly broken ATM. 4 People waiting. 4 people working. Do the math; You're a bank.

I went to this place to get a new debit card was waited on by a lady named Shipa she first made me wait 15 minutes because she said she had an appointment and when her appointment didn't show up she said ok nevermind they aren't coming the manager named princess was just walking around clueless and didn't even offer to help or ask me what i needed, this place has gone downhill recently. They should just hire all new people or close the branch !! The only people worth keeping is Nicole and Ingry ! Where is the other manager they had ? She knew how to run a bank! The two Indian people are the desk are clueless and the one on the teller line! They made me feel Uncomfortable numerous times while they spoke in their language. I told the manager princess and she just blew it off! I will be moving my money to a better bank ! These people are ridiculous ! Including the investment person !
