Where do I even start? The guy behind the counter sold me FAKE RAW cones. I scanned the QR code on the product and it gave me the message in the picture linked. I went back to the store to demand my money back, as THE PICTURE SUGGESTS, and the guy behind the counter accused me of stealing the CARDBOARD PACKER that comes with the cones. He started yelling at me, so naturally i yelled back, and told him to open another pack of his Raws to prove that everything was there. He opened another pack and everything was the same, and he didn't even apologize. He just continued to yell more. When i FINALLY said "alright, either refund me or i'm calling the cops", he FINALLY gave me a refund after like 20 minutes of conflict. He told me to never come back again, which i will definitely oblige. On top of all of that, the guy didn't even ID me for a product only for sale to customers OVER 21. I am 22 years old but i don't look like i am, this business should have their license revoked for selling 21+ products. Beware when going.

You get treated differently depending on who is working. The guy behind the counter on Sunday, ripped the lottery tickets out of my hand. Seemingly annoyed that he had to get up from his stool or maybe not happy I had a winner. I buy odds and ends all the time there but if they don't want my business Milk and Stuff is right down the road! Never got treated like that there.

Been going to brown bag since I was 8 years old. Never had one issue in my life... until this year. The new employees don't belong there. I used to look forward to going to get my coffee everyday trying to support a local business I grew to love that was a part of my day ... everyday. Kinda sad, I won't ever be going g back there again

Not cool dude.I would not ask a store to stay open or to re-open for me. But I do kind of expect them to stay open until their advertised time.Went there knowing they were open until 10. Got there 9:53. Man inside counting money with the doors locked. We let him know we are regular customers and asked him to please allow us to buy what we need (small town nothing else stays open). He said no.If he had gone for the night it would be less of a big deal, but he was standing right there, 4 feet from the door with 7 minutes until closing, refusing to allow us to get one needed item.

Don't go in there and disagree with the owner he may attack you . Even tho. It's a Convince store not a bank or check cashing place but if your the right person they will cash your checks

Horrible I have been coming here for years. The guy at night would usually pay with card and add 50 cents to my transaction but refused to sell me any goods. My family and I have been supporting this business thru the Pandemic. I do not recommend

I have been coming here for 5 years. For basic milk chips whatever. I have always paid with card and they charge an extra 50 cent which is nothing. But today the guys says I can’t sell to you. We do not accept. He was rude and nasty. He was on his phone talking to someone for 10 min before he even looked up to see me. He was so arrogant. I will never come back. This place is horrible after supporting your business for years. So much for loyalty to your customers.

It's good for what it is. It's a simple place, it's good to go there for drinks but not much else. Their drinks have good prices, but most of everything else is priced terribly.
