I had the best experience ever today with Purvi at the Chase branch in Monroe on Applegarth road. Purvi went way above and beyond and was extremely helpful and professional. Purvi really cares about the customers and is simply top notch!

On numerous occasions I tried to speak with someone at 320 Applegarth Road, Monroe, New Jersey to no avail. Would like to now if the branch have a fax and copy machine that the account members can use.

been here 2 times. the only good thing is they have A tellerb sometimes 2 tellers. thats about it. two times i had the same problem their answer call the main office Why do they have people there working???

I am surprised by the bad reviews..I always had great experience here and the front desk is very friendly too. They , like any other bank could do with better wait time to meet a banker though. Overall very nice staff and great bank
