by far the worst service ever. called order in 20 min prior to coming and still waiting after 30 min of being at the place. 50 min total to pick up 5 fuses. never come here again

Nice people!
However, it is disorganized. Lots of truck traffic so be careful. Appointment only needed, no work ins allowed. They start at 6 AM and work till 12 PM.
1.5 hours they took only 1 pallet out so far… had to go inside and talk to them again))) But they are friendly and no drama.
Hope the management reads this and starts doing their job!

Completely dissatisfied. Cooper has cashed my bank check of over $3,700 a month ago and has not shipped me my solar panels. They claim they are looking into this with their cash-app team? Their team does not answer phone calls and do not seem to respond to Emails for several days. Maybe my experience would be different if I paid by credit card. This is my first experience with Cooper. I just want my solar panels or money returned.

in the loading part the boy is good, they reload quickly and are attentive... the problem is one of the women at the check in drivers who is very aggressive

This company is good offer benefits of all types good schedule easy work. The bad thing is the drivers of the night shift. Their a guy name Brian aka pony tail he can't keep a private conversation to it self he a tell teller. Jo is guy that will throw you under the bus because the new guy taking his OT. Alejandro a young guy just walk passing gossip to everyone. This the only bad thing about the company. Also this guy be talking about the manager that they took their ot and their extra money from reel. If you not happy just leave don't be talking about your boss! That's what this drivers do.

this branch uses a conveyor system to pick up their orders . Even if you need one small item you will have to wait for the machine to get it about 15 to 20 mins , nobody will go get it for you.You have to go to order it place to order it and than go to will call and wait for your item to be processed.
