While I was leaving the store, the \\\\\\\"store manager\\\\\\\", Mina verbally accosted me and got up aggressively in my face because I complained about the lack of customer service in this location. She was screaming across the store, \\\\\\\"do you have anything else you'd like to say?\\\\\\\" While our displeasure today lied in pharmacy, and I understand that pharmacy is a separate entity from the store, Mina was the associate checking us out in pharmacy, and she was quite rude while doing so. She showed no interest in helping us to resolve the issues we were having. When I attempted to deescalate the confrontation, I asked to speak with the store manager, and she stated that she was the store manager. Her name isn't on the wall of the store however. She stated that nothing would happen to her if we complained, as she's \\\\\\\"very good friends with the district manager.\\\\\\\" There were numerous other patrons looking for assistance, yet she and the other woman with her walked past them without rendering assistance. It appears that this store location is subsiding on pharmacy business, and it's forcing these customers to bring their business to any of multiple other pharmacies in the area. This isn't sound business practice by any means.

Excellent Pharm staff, very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions. Great selection and fully stocked for flu and cold season.

Now, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt every single time but this pharmacy is absolutely horrible in every aspect. From getting scripts wrong, to having my name under wrong names, to customer service, to closing early and not helping a customer who comes during pharmacy hours. Please go anywhere else besides this CVS. Go to any other CVS, just not this one.

Unorganized and lost our insurance information in addition to the 1 hour wait in the pharmacy line.I will never use this location in my life again!

Had to run in to use the bathroom. The staff was friendly and the bathroom was super clean. I grabbed some snacks and went about the rest of my day!

Oh my god this place is filthy and disgusting and it takes forever to get anything done. I've been here once and I will never come back there is trash all over the floor and it's just gross.

This Pharmacy is the worst.... there's a black pharmacist who will lie right to your face even told us he didn't work there then told us he was a temporary worker not a pharmacist and another time our luck he was there he said I gave you your prescription when I return to pick up my medicine and then told me he didn't have the medicine and then when I asked for my prescription so I could go to another CVS he came to the window and said he gave me back my prescription .... he was threatening me he would call the cops if I didn't leave no one scares me ..so five times I had to demand that he did have it and why would they say my prescription was done I told him I made the tape off my phone and he said I wasn't allowed and when I told him I was calling up the corporate office and my insurance company and finally he handed me my prescription we do not know what that was about but if CVS challenges I have it on my cell ...finally after going there and talking to Christina who was the head pharmacist she said that wasn't right and she would make sure I didn't have any more problems and she was going to fix my prescription date so it was and at least the middle of the month and then help work it back closer to my doctor's appointment I'd be able to drop it off and pick it up which is in the beginning of the month but CVS had another pharmacist working when she wasn't there and she was the rudest ugliest person I know she gave us so much trouble my prescriptions are now a month late instead of the beginning of the month I have to wait till the end of the month to get them.. Christina is no longer there and now the black pharmacist is in there I guess full-time and he sees me and turns his head he's so rude one of the girls that works there said I don't like him either very quietly .. this is probably one of the worst cvs Pharmacies and their procedures are not up two times they need to look into management and be more for the customer especially when you're sick why do you want to deal with this check my insulin for 3 days gave me wrong needles and wouldn't return them and they yet to fix my prescription dates ... they have a few new girls here now that are sweethearts and they're very polite and professional as they can be but CVS limits them in helping customers they told me make sure you write this ....but they don't know what to do and I think they're scared for their job hopefully someone fixes the big problem of how they CVS CEO customer service management and supervisors are going about treating customers......

The people that work at this pharmacy are so nice that I feel bad posting but the sheer insane ridiculousness of their incompetence has driven me to it and to the letter that I plan to send to their corporate office. They NEVER have things ready when they say they will, once my son's pediatrician called in a prescription and I went about an hour later to pick it up and they told me it still wasn't ready and that if I waited it would be ready in 20 minutes, I had my baby and toddler a sleep in the car but my husband said that he could pick it up then on his way home from work, I explained the situation and then pharmacist said that we wouldn't lose our place and that it would be ready when he got there... he got home 2 hours later with no prescription...because he waited and waited and they never got around to filling it! This was not a one time incident! God forbid you need a preauthorization or them to request a refill, they will tell you again and again that they called and have it and then you go there and NOPE!!!! They always blame the doctor... today we found out that even though we've given them our new health insurance information and card again and again that they have been billing the wrong insurance!!!! One prescription alone was over $400 and when my husband said something about it the pharmacist insisted that we must not have met our deductible!!!! Sooo not we have to try to see if the insurance company can untangle these incompetent people's mess!!! the only reason we've stayed at all is because they are the only cvs in the area that's open late...but no more!!!! Oh and if you give them your cell phone number they will call you again and again and again and even if you ask them to remove it from their system they will still keep calling!!!

CVS in Williamstown, NJ has been my go to pharmacy for many years. I could always depend on them having my medications. They are efficient, fast and good at their jobs. Never lazy, they are always on top of things. It's just an added bonus that the location is incredible!
