Tony and all of the guys at Discount Auto provided incredible customer service. Tony went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service that made us feel like family. I really enjoy his clear and informative style of communication, he made sure I knew what was happening with my car every step of the way. He has helped family members of mine too, and they had the exact same experience. I would recommend this place to anyone if you need a fair and transparent service for your vehicle.

I brought my 2013 Eco Chevy Malibu to this shop when I noticed that my serpentine belt was getting chewed up, not broken. I asked him to replace the chewed up belt. The owner strongly advised to change the tensioner, so I said to go ahead with the repair. The bill came to $700. When I got the car back, there was an engine light that came on. The engine was not running properly where the belt was still squeaking. So I went back to his shop. That was when the owner said, “We really don’t work on Eco engines.” Really? Instead of forcing him to fix it I took it to the dealership to fix the issue. It took me another $280 and about a month to fix the serpentine belt and a tensioner. $980. It needed GM to correct the tensioner to the car. I then asked him to do right by the repair and to assist with the complete repair. He was so fancy with his words that he wasn’t budging. Not sure of an owner that would take on an Eco engine and then refuse to complete the repair. Be very careful with the work being done at this shop. I would have preferred him saying right away not to do this repair here. This place should be called, “”His” Discount Auto Center”

Today I got my car repair at discount autos they did a excellent job. I am happy with the results the mechanics are very professional and they always pay attention to the customers needs.
I am grateful that I've found a decent honest car repair shop that does a great job on my vehicle and that's what I experienced today .
My service was a tune-up I had issues with my vehicle .I was nervous driving my vehicle so, I didn't drive it for like a few weeks but today, I took care of the problem. I took it to discount Auto and fixed all my problems and issues and today was a great day very fun happy crew. I like being around them they're very nice people so, I want to thank the mechanics at discount auto for the professional assistance repairing my vehicle

Once again ...
I can't THANK Anthony Perry , Joe Calella and the mechanics at Discount AUTO Center ENOUGH !!!
I was traveling to Morristown on Saturday for work and all of a sudden my car dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree ...
I got to my destination and messaged Tony ... even though he was away for the weekend... he answered...
I had my car towed to the shop...
Monday ... The mechanics: Michael, Rob & Will diagnosed my issue ... as well as Jordan and Joe keeping me in the loop
this morning... Tony graciously offered to pick me up (I'm on the other side of Monroe from the shop) ... since I had no way to get there
It turned out the alternator went bad ... they changed the alternator, serpentine belt and I got a new battery since the last time I had a new battery was in 2020
If you ever need a TOP NOTCH Mechanic... with the UTMOST BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRICING and MECHANICS...

DAC always provides me great service, if you’re looking for a new mechanic I really recommend Tony and the team there. Ive been coming here for a long time- has worked on multiple cars of mine and my family’s for oil changes, shocks/struts control arms and more.
