I first heard about this school after competing against one of their students. Every open mat I have attended here has been fun, safe, and humbling. Each time I’ve gone no one knew who I was, but they were welcoming. There has been a good mix of light/harder rounds.

I attended a self defense class, and we learned some great tactics. Highly recommend for small groups wanting to learn how to protect there employees and themselves!

The family I never knew I needed! Since joining in February 2023 I have learned so much , but more importantly I have found my people ! It’s an amazing family environment where we all push one another to be better every day!! Kids, moms and dad all train !! Come join the fun!
