I have been going to Factory Tune for over 25 years. I was sent there for a second opinion on an expensive brake job that another garage was trying to change me. Turned out to be a simple cleaning of my drums. Don's integrity and honesty was apparent to me right then. I will not go to another shop, and have referred many friends to them. Many years ago these guys performed a ball joint replacement and wheel alignment on my 1994 Z28. It was great. The car handled so much better.Fast forward to August 2023...I had upgraded some suspension components on my 2012 Camaro SS with factory Z28 parts. These included front radius rods, front lower control arms, rear trailing arms, and rear toe rods. The Z28 components have firmer bushings that reduce dynamic deflection and improve handling and braking. I was able to replace the parts in my driveway with the car on jack stands and then placed the car on ramps to clock the bushings. The rear toe links where the only component that has cam adjusters that impact the wheel alignment so upon their replacement, the car needed an alignment.While the original rear toe links had squishy rubber bushings, the Z28 toe links have monoballs in lieu of bushings. These do not deflect and prevent rear dynamic toe changes. The factory Z28 rear toe specs are have a narrower range than the factory SS specs and less total rear toe.Factory Tune worked with me to provide a rear toe setting that is on the outer end for the factory SS spec and the center of the Z28 spec, resulting in less total rear toe. This car never handled so well. On hard acceleration the car goes straight as an arrow. I no longer have to provide constant steering inputs to keep it straight. Cornering is also dramatically improved. The car is more eager to turn and rear body roll has been reduced. Excellent work! Thank you for working with me to get this setup correctly. When we bought our used car, I kept hearing a rattle in the front. I asked the dealership to check it out and nothing. I took it to Factory for an oil change and didn't mention the rattle but asked them to check the brakes. They found the cause of the rattle and fixed it. Reasonable prices and quality work. I will continue to get all the work done on my SUV here.

They did a good job on my wheel alignment, I was in and out in a timely manner. Someone did get red oily stains all over my driver seat, which was a nightmare to get out. It would have been nice if they’d put protective covers down. I doubt that I’ll be returning.
