Use Walgreens often - in different states even. Dropped a Rx off Monday - for my dog - at noon. Made it clear it was for the dog - on my account. They said they were going on break soon - come back after 2:30. Wasn't able to come back till the next day - and the script had a HOLD on it. Seems they didn't link it to me - and wouldn't fill it until I came in. Did they call? No. Send a text? No. Tell me anything? No. I needed my script, and could NOT come back again. I asked why I wasn't notified. Their answer: Well, you should have been. Horrific customer service. Never again. Any other pharmacy but them.

I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life today at Walgreens in Monroe on Applegarth Road. I needed help printing a digital photo onto a large vinyl sheet, and Manny was extremely helpful and he enabled me to get exactly what I wanted.

Unbelievable lack of customer service. They won't be getting my business again.
We purchased a pair of sandals from a Walgreens from another state and wanted to return it at this store. The sandals was accompanied by a receipt per their policy and was purchased 2 days ago.
The cashier crew consisted of 3 young individuals who lacked the motivation to engage. The reluctant man who did engage refused to accept return stating weird reasons. Google search revealed otherwise about the company return policy.

The pharmacist called and said my prescription is not available and hung up . In 10 minutes I got an automated message and text saying my prescription is ready for pickup. I showed up at the pharmacy to pick my prescription, the pharmacist was so upset and rude, said I just called you about the prescription unavailability. I told her about the text and call, she mentioned that’s how the Walgreens system works before canceling the medication, they set the status for prescription as ready to pickup. Either the pharmacist needs to be trained how to use the software application or Walgreens needs to fix this bug.

I have just been on hold twice for ten minutes each before being disconnected. I want to advise these people for the fifth time NOT to refill any prescriptions for me as I am in Florida for several months and to please mark that on my record. They keep advising me I have a prescription ready for pickup. Now they can just hold it and keep contacting me until they return it to stock. Why can't they they follow a simple request?

This place should be ashamed of themselves. EVERY time I have a doctor write me a script it is delayed, out of stock, or some problem. I keep trying and trying and nothing ever changes. I run out of multiple medications every month. Finally, I am done and going elsewhere. I don't understand how this is allowed to stand.

We are living a largely senior citizens area, Monroe Twp. NJ and one of those citizens.We needed to get passport photos and ask some help to get them. The person works in customer service said we have to do everything ourselves using their equipment and computers.Having no idea how to use them, we left the facilities

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever visited. The male pharmacist was so rude and gave me so much attitude over the phone during one of the most stressful times of my life. They don’t answer the phone and hung up on me 4 times, once answering just to stop the ringing and leaving the line open so I could hear all the customers medical information and patient identifiers before they hung up again. HIPAA violation but ok. And maybe don’t get into healthcare if you lack empathy and customer service agility. I wish I could rate them 0 stars. I will never come back here or recommend this pharmacy location to anyone.
