“I went in to get my custom engagement ring re sized and there was a new employee who took very good care of us but accidentally didn’t charge me, the store manager called and apologized and informed me on the issue but insisted we don’t pay but to be aware of the issue, she didn’t have to do that but it meant a lot to us and was extremely generous”

Bottles of water and a nice snack is a nice touch. All of the woman go above and beyond to be helpful and work so nice with one another, as well as interact with other customers. It is an overall a really nice experience. I looked online through the website and reserved a few pieces, and when I got to the store, they were already pulled. It was so easy!
