Had a great experience today at LA Perfection. Amy did a fantastic job on my nails, and all of the staff was super nice. The prices were comparable to other local shops, and they were kind enough to fit me in without an appointment. I already made an appointment to come back in 2 weeks!

Horrible. The reviews are all true! Surprised they are still in business. There is NO perfection about this place. They can’t do nails. Honest truth! Nails kept chipping and they are expensive!!! Never again.

Awful my friend and I went together and lady technician very rude to my friend during her pedicure cut her multiple times and did a very sloppy job. I only got manicure and after heard what happened said no to the pedicure. Do not recommend

This place is a joke. If I could give them no reviews, I would. The man charged my kid $50 for a refill with one tiny little design. I also felt very uncomfortable there. I have never been to a place where we paid $50 for a refill. I also saw the man shaking his head at my little girl and speaking his language to his coworker. We didn’t feel welcomed there.

I had an appointment at 10. Only 1 tech was there when they opened, her name is June, and she was the one I had an appointment with. She took a walk-in before me and I had to wait a half an hour for my pedicure. Terrible customer service. Definitely not coming back.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went for a gel manicure and pedicure. Place is dirty and service is rushed and uncomfortable. I don’t know how they are even still open. $90 later and there’s nail polish all over my fingers and on my foot. The french on my toes is not even at all and she didn’t even cut my nails. Don’t come here ever.

If there was less than 1 star I would give it. THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The man working there was rude, rushed my job, and when I asked him was he going to heaten the water or add the scrub to my legs he yelled at me. I told him never mind and he told me not come back. The manager was kind and apologized for his behavior and offered to do my nails. It was too late. I left with my feet not even washed off from the scrub. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go there. I knew they weren’t great and figured it would be ok because I was in a rush. Horrible mistake I will not repeat.

Finally got tired of it being a different price every time I go for the same service. Today it took THREE hours for my nails and toes and they charged me $115 ?
I told the lady exactly what I wanted and pointed to the price of what I wanted when she tried to get me to do a pricier pedicure. When she totaled me at the end and it was more than I expected, I pointed back to the board and she told me not to worry about the board bc it hadn’t been updated. Lost my business and my family’s!

I have never been more disappointed and disgusted in my instincts. I didn't get a good feeling walking in there and then I sat down at a pedicure chair. Annie was so stressful to work on me. I just wanted to spend my hour in peace and relax. Instead she talked to me for an hour and a half about her animals that she raises and how four of them have passed away. I was in disbelief. I know how every one of her animals have passed away. She continued to tell me how she lost a baby 15 years ago. After such an uncomfortable pedicure she charged me $50!!!!!! I usually pay $35 for a gel pedicure at my normal salon. On top of it, my pedicure is awful and all over my cuticles. I wish I stayed and complained, but I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible! NEVER AGAIN!

I really wanted to love this place. First visit, I requested a removal and a gel manicure. She repeatedly told me not to remove my acrylic, despite the fact that I knew it was time to take it off. I gave in, against my better judgement, and left with multiple shapes and lengths on my nails. It was late so I let it go and decided to give another chance.
When I came back two weeks later, I saw a different tech. The day after I visited, my polish chipped and peeled on numerous fingers, including peeling all the way off on two. I went back in and requested they fix it. They did, and blamed me for not having my hands all the way in the dryer. I noticed that the dryer did not remain on for more than 10-15 seconds.
Within 2 days, nails were chipping and peeling again. One broken entirely. I went back in yet again and was greeted with IMMENSE rudeness. Told that I should have picked another color. He tried to paint over the broken nails without filling or replacing them. I said I didn't want them different lengths, he sucked his teeth and said, "Well you should have told me, now I have to charge you more." No refund, no apologies for their work not lasting.
No base coat was used, which is what I attribute the peeling to.
I have been getting the same thing done to my nails for years and they always last me at least two weeks. Save your time and do not visit this place.

I am so sick and tired of being ripped off by Salons like this that play the I don't speak english game and act stupid. the only ones that are stupid are good people like us that keep giving them one chance after another. The board says one price and they tell me "oh the owner increased the prices and forgot to change the board on the wall with all the services listed. My friend told me they pulled this with her last year so she stopped going. I have had my full with the games these places play on people. As for the Dude that kept telling me to call the owner why was I taking it out on him, I am going one better and filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

this place is normally amazing, but this time around it was absolutely horrendous. Two of my actual finger nails we’re basically ripped off when i went in for a refill, i was told she would take them off meaning soak off for what i thought but i was wrong they we’re basically ripped off my nails because they were still on. for two nails to be fixed due to them falling off and a solid white color it was $55 other places i’ve went to it was $35-$40 at the max not this place. around a week later two of my fingers filled with pus and we’re infected ( had to go to an urgent care to get it checked out) i was told that they nail had to be removed. I went back and simply asked for my money back because the nails absolutely suck! they chipped in days, they hurt like living hell to put them on. and due to this my nail is cracked down the middle and the man that was there kept telling me to shh with his finger over his mouth like i was 7.. and kept saying please shhh, shhh, shhh. very unprofessional. i have also been going to this place for many years but this is where i draw my line and say that my experience here was absolutely horrible. Also to top this off the one lady who’s the owner sneezed in her hand didn’t wash it didn’t put hand sanitizer or anything on.
