***WARNING***Be very wary having your taxes done here. A year later and I received a letter from the IRS stating I owe them a good chunk of money. Apparently while filing my taxes they failed to submit my W2! When I contacted them about the incident the owner informed me it's a payment I owe so I will have to pay it. I was called a child when I questioned how there mistake was my responsibility and how is it fair to make me pay it. I was told this is money I would have owed anyway. No its money I was never supposed to be paid there is a difference. She was gracious enough to offer me an apology. An apology that is costing me $3800! Somehow the apology doesn't seem very sincere but maybe that is because I'm such a 'child'! Hope this saves someone the trouble I am going through now! Be safe and be wary!

Not a fan of leaving negative reviews about businesses, especially ones that come recommended through local towns people. At first I was happy - but ran into an issue with my state and out of state taxes. I had gotten the paperwork Sharon needed me to get in order to file them the best way but she ended up filing them anyways without the papers. OK FINE, i attempted to reach out multiple times to get some answers or direction on the matter since it should have waited. I understood that tax season was over and so I tried to be patient they responded sparingly with no clear answers only 1 sentence emails that left me even more confused as to what she did. Their facebook response to me indicated Sharon was hospitalized but not 1 person has responded back to me until it was publicly asked.

First time not using H&R Block used sharron for a first time seemed all fine until I found a month later she messed up my taxes leaving me in the dark. Specifically messed up my state taxes owing me $4000. She reached out to only once saying she’ll take care of it but never did. I called and left messages over 20 voice mails and sent just as many emails. Even reached out to her family to get back to me. Not a single even attempt to reach back out and fix her mistake even though I sat there for a solid 30 mins listening to her rave on about how terrible H&R Block is and how they always leave money behind for people even though they never left me hanging with so much money and no response. Also she never sent me updated taxes she is the absolute worst at doing her job and fixing her mistakes. Seek just about anyone else!

ny refund wasnt what they told me i was getting, they dont answer your texts or calls, would not recommend choosing this route when doing your taxes
