We ran into a technical issue while connecting my phone, and it took several attempts to get everything working correctly. Lawrence never became frustrated or rushed. He patiently worked through the problem until everything was set up perfectly. What impressed me the most was his dedication to customer service. Even while other customers were coming into the store, he greeted each person warmly, let them know there would be a short wait, and then returned his full attention to helping me. He didn’t leave me to assist someone else—he stayed with me from beginning to end and made sure everything was working before I left. It’s rare to find someone who is so patient, courteous, and genuinely committed to helping customers. Verizon is fortunate to have an employee like Lawrence. He then paused said wait a minute and went the extra mile to find a cable I could borrow. Awesome service with kindness.Great Customer service.”
“Great experience. Repeat customer - replaced my iPhone battery. My son’s iPhone got wet in the rain. Brought it in and basically got a brand new phone with a new screen and replaced the battery within 24 hours. No need to buy a new phone - get it fixed first!!”
“Ron checked out both my older 2510 and my 2950 and installed my SR-A10 with a flat SWR. He had to replace a diode in the 2950 cause it wouldn’t turn on, quick 2 minute fix. He even invited me in to the back to show what each radio was doing. Can’t say enough good about his personal service that day, and it was a 45 minute ride for me and I was VERY pleased”
