Old man is way too incompetent to sit in the front desk. Can’t even keep proper paperwork or read the name on a contract. He refused to give me access to my unit. I insisted. He found my name finally. But was too proud to accept his mistake, he gave the code to my friend, not to me. I didn’t even get an apology. Looking for the paperwork, he made sure we saw his gun. I’ll empty the storage as soon as I can. I don’t trust this place

Make sure you read your contract carefully and give them 15 days written notice prior to your move out. We moved out on the 7th and there was no refund for the remaining 24 days we had prepaid.

I have used this storage facility off and on since they opened many years ago. They are 5 Star facility...why you might ask...they are SUPER CLEAN and they take PRIDE in maintaining the facility. Dust.??? What's that. It would be hard to find here. Lighting, access, ease of moving items in and out...no problem. If you're fortunate enough to get a unit here, you will not be disappointed.

Rented a storage unit from them for 4-5 months last fall while moving to the area. Facility is exceptionally neat, clean and organized. Security seems to work as they called me 2X when I forgot to put the lock on my unit. Security cameras and security pass code entry along with employee daily walk through top it off. To top it off the employees were always friendly and helpful, especially to me as I was not familiar with the area. Yeah, I liked them!
