We had a blown water pump 3 hours from home and towing a camper. Cameron got us in with no appointment, the team in the back diagnosed and fixed the issue. He gave us a fair price especially given the urgent situation.

Pep Boys in Williamstown came through in a major way. My wife drove up and down the pike looking for someone to patch a flat tire. No one would help her - until she pulled up to Pep Boys. Excellent customer service and timeliness.

I will never go to another mechanic as long as I live! From walking in the door until walking out, these men are an asset to their trade! I truly feel as though brothers worked on my car. Their expertise is only out-shined by their genuine care of not just my car...but for me. I appreciate this team of outstanding and dedicated men who made sure that my car was safe, assuring me that I am good to go!
I recommend this shop to all. Mike, Angel and the entire team are ....truthfully... amazing!

Had an excellent experience today. We were afraid that we were going to need to replace the remainder of our exhaust system today because of a noise the car was making. The gentleman that assisted us discovered it was something tiny and unrelated, and chose not to charge us. This is the second time we were here that we felt like we were being truly taken care of. They care about you as a person.
I can't recommend them enough and will definitely come back.

If I could I would give no stars ?
My recent experience at Pep Boys in Williamstown, NJ was highly disappointing. I visited the shop to address my car's overheating issues, which had caused me to miss three days of work. I was kept waiting for six hours without any indication that the staff lacked the necessary skills to handle the repairs. After the manager (Mike) returned my car to me, assuring that it was fixed ....he even test drove it, I encountered an extreme coolant leak and smoke just a few miles away due to improper coolant bleeding. Mike claimed the mechanic did the proper coolant flush and it may have pushed some debris through my radiator. Which was not the case at all. They did not bleed my line correctly and so much air was trapped in my line!!!!! That's how Mike the manager let me drive away! Subsequently, I had to rely on AAA for a tow to my regular mechanic the following day to rectify the damages caused by Pep Boys. It's frustrating that seeking a refund for the inadequate service is not a simple process. Overall, a distressing experience with mechanics ill-equipped to work on a Dodge Journey. $300 down the drain.. at Pepboys .. keep in mind Mike originally tried to charge me $423, because they couldn't figure out what they were doing wrong, so he changed the thermostat and tried to charge me for that .. ?♀️ Please single mothers, all women please stay away from here! I felt completely taken advantage of!

The wait was half an hour. Before the tech took the car to see what was the issue. Then another thirty minutes for the car to be done. I am glad that I had a experience tech. Who knows his job. Always can depend on pep boys!
