Called for a gel nail fill. The lady in the first station took care of me. She was very rude the entire time. I asked her a few questions & she seemed bothered. As soon as I got there she seemed annoyed because she thought I wanted a gel polish mani. Then she annoyingly asked why I let my nails get so long. Then cuts them off (very short) with a nail clipper & removes the entire gel fill which is why I was confused. I get my nails filled every 3/4 weeks. My normal lady was out (at another salon) & I had a work event so needed what should've been a quick fill. She was pulling, slapping & poking at my hands the entire time. To the point that I had to ask her if she was ok because she seemed angry. So disappointed. I have been here many times for pedi's but unfortunately will never be going back after that behavior. My nails look sloppy & horrible too. I still gave her a good tip because I get that people have bad days but I gave her plenty of opportunities to shake it off & she chose not to. Hence the bad review. My teens first mani experience there with another lady there last year was very similar. Aggressive lady being rough on her cuticles. Had to keep reminding her it was her fist time, to please be gentle over & over again. Should've known then. Smh.

I am so happy I found Top Nails in Monroe! I showed the owner a picture of what I wanted and she was able to pick out the exact colors. Lucy was my nail tech and she did an amazing job!! I love how she shaped, colored and designed my nails. They use all the top gel polish brands and have many to choose from. So happy I found my new nail tech Lucy! I will be a regular customer for years to come.

This isn't your average pedicure. They use hot stones and paraffin wax.
Best pedicure I've ever gotten. The place is very clean and they play music I like. My wedding song was playing as soon as I walked in. Very nice people working there.
