If there was ever a branch to be targeted for fraud, THIS WOULD BE THE BRANCH!Have been a Provident customer since late 1990’s and I physically go to brach about once per month. Most recent transaction was a business check deposit and a small cash withdrawal.Provided my drivers license as ID for transactions.Teller proceeded to ask “What’s your address? I need it for security”I responded, “The same as the address on the drivers license I just handed you. Isn’t that the address in the system?”Teller, “yes”I then provided two additional ID cards (one state, one federal ID) as additional reference material.Teller, “I’ve never seen you before. What’s the name of the company you work for? I need it for security.”“I’ve been coming to this branch once per month for the past 24 years. The name of my company is the name on the check I just handed you for deposit.”Teller, “yes, OK!”Considering closing my account. If this is the level of “Security” provided all customers are in grave danger.

Nice bank. Nice people. Love the huge tree out front if the building. Cant begin to imagine how old it is. Glad they saved it.
