This hotel has recently reopened as a Double Tree Hotel. We went for dinner and had a fantastic meal. 390 Prime is their new Steakhouse. They had a great selection of local craft spirits. Too many to try in one visit. We ordered most of the items on the menu and shared everything. One dish was better than the next. But the star of the night was the steak. I ordered the Filet and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. I look forward to my next visit.

Used to stay at this place all the time. But it was bought out. Now it's turned to Sh...t. the bar used to be bad before. But now some really smart person thought it would be a good idea to put an Indian restaurant at a hotel. If you like the smell of Curry and spices stop in for a beer. If you really like it, don't worry once you leave your clothes smell like it for days.

Due to a powerful storm, I was without power for a few days, so I had to scramble and get a hotel room. Things booked up quickly, but this seemed good enough. I understood the hotel had changed to the Ramada over the last few years, but prior to that had good reviews and feedback. We were first put in a room with two double beds when I clearly stated when I made the reservation my needs were to have a "rollaway" bed (which you cannot do in a room with two double beds - fire hazard of course). Besides not being able to accommodate my family with the room size, the rug in the room was badly stained, the curtains were torn and the lampshades were torn as well. In my mind, substandard and completely unacceptable. We waited patiently, and was rudely told by the front desk that they were working on it and needed ten minutes more, and ten minutes more.... Finally, they did get us a king room with a couch that pulled out. It was definitely better than the prior room. No torn curtains, or lampshades. There were stains on the wall and carpet though. The halls are dark and dingy. Also, we were in a "non smoking" room but the entire 6th floor smelled like smoke. The elevators are rickety and dirty, the wallpaper is peeling everywhere and the front desk people are rude. Thank god I only needed the one night's stay. I do not recommend this hotel. The only positive thing I can say is that there is ample parking and the lobby floor at a first glance is appealing to the eye. But as soon as you get close and make the turns for the elevators, the walls are peeling.

This place was terrible. TERRIBLE! When we first pulled into the parking lot, the outdoor maintenance was unacceptable. Th grass was brown and completely unkempt. It looks post-apocalyptic. When you walk through the door the horrible smell hits you and it through out the whole hotel and you see wall paper falling off the wall. I had checked in and brought our belongings up to the room. When we first walk in, it looks like there were cigarette burns on the floor and the couch in the room had multiple different stain types and colors. We walked in the bathroom and there were 2 rolls of toilet paper both almost empty. We also notice that the window is jammed open about 4-5 inches and would not close. It almost looked like someone had tried to open the window to smoke so they wouldn't have to go outside. We called down to the front desk where they sent someone up. The front desk guy comes up and says there is no one there to fix it and he will give us another room. Fine. Due to being on a schedule we had to drop our luggage off and leave.When we got back to the room later that night we inspected the room before going to bed. We looking in the closet and found bugs. There were also holes in the walls for door handles and wall paper falling off of the walls. The couch once again had stains all over it. The floors had a bunch of stains and marks all being different colors and sizes. There was black mold on the ceiling in the room and on the ceiling in the bathroom and the wall paper was also peeling in the bathroom. We then pulled the covers on the bed back and there was a huge stain in the middle of the bed with what appears to be dried blood marks.We decided we are absolutely not going to stay there and checked out. We went down and complained about everything that was wrong with the room and the front desk offered to move us for a second time to another room and we declined that offer. When we were telling the guy at the front desk all of the issues with the room, he kept responding that he knew of the horrible conditions. We had told him that we want a full refund and he said he couldn't do that until the manager came in in the morning. When we went to leave the hotel we were greeted with a bunch of cop cars and ambulances. I'm not sure what that was about all I knew is we were out of there.Through out the whole hotel wall paper was peeling off the walls every where. None of their ice machines or washer or dryers worked. There were panels missing in the elevator and you felt extremely unsafe in them.We have been going back and forth with them trying to get a refund and they are only offering a 25% refund.Stay far far away from this hotel. Don't waste your money

Beware! Treated horribly at this hotel! Stayed 2 nights, couldn’t get our room made up or fresh towels the second day. When we tried to discuss with the front desk clerk, we were treated as if we were not telling the truth because her housekeeping manager had checked our room number off her list. We couldn’t get anyone to come look!! Not only were they too lazy to make up the room, but were dishonest about it being done...then rude when asked them to take care of it. We had been out of the room for 12 hours, so they had plenty of time! Still waiting on the call back we were supposed to get over 2 weeks ago, won’t hold my breath! Horrible end to an otherwise great vacation.

My room was clean and extremely comfortable. My biggest critique with the hotel was the hallways and overall feel of it. It felt like it was in between renovations and there was a lot lacking in the execution. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty empty but it wasn't a bad experience for me. There's not much around the area to "do" and the closest Walmart is like 15 minutes away.

Went here for a wedding and the hotel was disgusting! The cater (which was the restaurant in the hotel) was unorganized and ran out of beer over an hour before the wedding as suppose to end. My baby was crawling on the hotel suite floor (their best room) and it was not clean/vaccum- I constantly had to wash his hand in fear of serious germs/dirt from this place. The lobby smelled and happy hour was in the lobby which was really weird. Just stay away from this place.

HORRIBLE!!! We had a late arrival the first night. Was not impressed with the outside of the hotel at all. Cat food outside and trash everyplace. Went up to the room and it was very dated. Furniture had cigarette burns and the remote in the bedroom did not work the TV at all. No sheets in the room for the sofa bed and when we called down we were told that we had to come get the sheets because they did not have enough staff. We got one flat sheet, no fitted sheet and a small pillow. Since we were only going to be there for two nights and not at all during the day, I decided we should just stay. BIG MISTAKE!! The next night the sink in the living area completely came apart! Water spraying everywhere! We called down and they said they would bring towels and maintenance. They never came. Instead they gave us the room next to us as well as the room we were in. That room was better but by then it's almost midnight and we were also traveling with an infant. When I checked out all they said was "so sorry". I should have gotten a complete refund and if I could stop the charge on by card I would. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel completely.

We stayed at this hotel(if you can called it that way) for a private event, This place is a disaster, my wife called ahead of our arrival to double check if they have a fridge and microwave in the rooms, they assured us that they do have. Upon our arrival to the room, there is no mini fridge nor microwave. The bathroom was dirty, there were traces of hair in the bathtub from previous guests, the mirror had stain Mark's from soap, the ceiling above the shower was coming apart, there was also mold around the tub. The ac/heat unit was probably back from 1990? If not older, on the vents we found debris plus there was a empty plastic cup under the ac unit. Overall experience was very bad. We travel a lot and stay at hotels but so far this is the worst hotel we ever stayed in. Never again

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Upon checkout, we reported some of the issues that we noticed. The hotel is going to be closing and undergoing renovations according to the front desk attendant. That is great news! The hotel is very outdated, a door was missing across the hall from us and just leaning up against the opening to that room, water was on the floor in the elevator, there are a lot of water stains on ceilings, a big hole in the wall behind the TV in the lobby, in our room the crown molding was quite a bit crooked and had looked like there had maybe been an earthquake there is one point. It was a one or two star experience. Being we were there for one night, and we didn't get there until late, we just dealt with it to get some sleep. But that was another issue. The headboard hit the wall anytime we turned over or moved in the bed. Hard to sleep when you have a loud bed. We'd be interested in trying this hotel again after renovations are completed if reviews are more positive. Hopefully the new owners will take better care of the property than the previous owner did. It looks like it has been in terrible condition for a long time.

The property has severely declined over the last few years. No longer will I be staying at this property. Wallpaper peeling, giant bubbles in the wallpaper like the place flooded, ceiling falling apart... Sinks don't drain in the guest room. Overall terrible experience.

How Wyndham/Ramada ever put their name on this hotel is beyond me. It needs to be bulldozed. Rude inattentive staff, mold, dirt, grime, food and trash all over the outside is just the beginning. The room stunk of a musty odor. Exposed wiring . The elevators did not display compliance stickers. Mysterious stains everywhere. I could go on. Please, save yourself the disappointment, and DO NOT SAY HERE. RAMADA I HOPE YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS TRUCKSTOP VERSION OF YOUR HOTELS NAME!

This place was so gross. We paid by credit card and still needed a $50 deposit to stay here. The sheets were dirty, the carpet was stained, the floors and couch were stained. The cleaning staff changed the tv over to a Hindi station and then we couldn't get it back to English. It didn't feel safe. Honestly, I'd probably only recommend to someone I hated.

Worst hotel experience of my life. I have never been to a hotel that didn't have staff to help me with my luggage; had an over-powering headache-inducing floral aroma in the lobby; and had a general air of shabbiness and neglect -- even though the rooms were basically clean. There was a lack of attention to details -- empty plastic drink cups just sitting in the lobby; a dirty mug sitting on the floor next to the broken ice machine; the previous occupants leftovers in my room refrigerator....I felt sorry for the staff. The business center was marked "out of order" -- so I couldn't print, sign and scan an important document I needed for my house closing. The parking lot was a mass of potholes and signage was so bad that we had to use my phone's GPS to figure out how to get out and back to the road. It could be a good hotel if management understood and applied the techniques of service quality to its operations AND put money into additional staff and basic physical improvements.
