One star for poor customer service. The first time I entered this store location through the exit door which isn't labeled as an exit from the outside. After a few steps in, I heard the store associate tell me that I entered in the wrong way. My response... "Welp, I'm in here now," shrugging with a smile. Then another associate proceeds to tell me that I need to go back out and let them check my member ID. I reluctantly comply, only to discover that the person at the entrance didn't bother to ask for my member ID. Stupid rule!!Furthermore, if I was a nonmember interested in joining the club I wouldn't have a member ID to show and I presume that they wouldn't turn away a potential customer in that scenario.

The front end supervisor Stacey Wilcox awesome at her job always goes above and beyond at her job great to see someone who has pride for her work ethic awesome everytime I'm there she working her tail off she deserves the five stars

Sam's club optical department is highly recommended!!!! Kyle, Jackie, and Davi are absolutely the best! What a pleasure and very pleasant experience every time Jackie took the time to explain my prescription to me which my own doctor did not ! Thank you so much for your kindness, friendliness, and sharing your knowledge . It is very much appreciated and you all are an asset to your company :)

It is oftentimes crowded especially when it comes to the lines, there's a lot of options for whatever you want to buy. The gas station is always crowded so make sure to get there before any rush hours.

I looked around for tire at many different tire places, Sam's was the cheapest I could find for the tires I needed. I bought 4 Pirelli tires and a tire warranty. They are a great tire . That being said now let me tell you the problem. I took it over and left the car. They called me and told me it can't be fixed and they need to order a tire, will be a couple of days. I leave the car, 3 days later I call , they confuse me with another customer and tell me I agreed to leave it for a week from today. So I drive up to settle the issue. I am then told they confused my account and my tire has no date to give me because they are discontinued. 2 months old , again. Then the manager Bill tells me they will call when it's done. Whenever that is. He then gives me an option to upgrade that tire to get it done faster but of course has to charge me more. I'm done with these people. Get your tires else where. You may pay another hundred or so but they will at least live up to their end faster. No hurries and no worries on Sam's club side.. just sorry that's the way it is... a 10 dollar upgrade and I didn't hit it until I asked if it was possible. They didn't even think to say they would just eat the 10 dollars for my aggravation and time. NEVER AGAIN !!!GO ELSEWHERE!!!!THEY DONT CARE

If I could give them negative stars I would. The level of incompetence and stupidity in their customer service is beyond belief. We bought a recliner that broke and when they offered me a refund the nightmare started when I changed banks and they wouldn't refund to my new payment source. They demanded a letter from the bank as to why the account was closed. First off it is none of their business as to why we changed banks. And what difference should that make. JUST GIVE ME THE MONEY I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING!! I am never and I mean NEVER going to Sam's again. Besides COSTCO is SO much better in every way. Bye Bye Sam's....

We were pumping gas and it took over an hour to get to one pump because the employees were too busy playing on their phone and hanging out with their friend in a yellow camero! It was ridiculous!! No help from management they put us on hold for the entire time! This Sam's club customer service is trash! Need to hire better employees that don't bring friend to block a pump and hang out for over an hour!! Literally blocking that first pump and they weren't paying attention when one car was done.

WORST EXPERIENCE i've had in the 4+ of doing our necessary shopping here. The woman at the EXIT that has to check our receipts after every purchase (which we have no issue in presenting) was extremely rude and disrespectful tonight (williamstown nj location) 8/11 6:50pm-7:00pm These people that your company hires should be put through sensitivity training. If she isn't happy doing her job maybe she should quit. She should also train on how to do her job the correct way. There's no reason for her to be rude and ignorant much less YELLING to customers especially when they aren't disrespectful.

Very limited selection of goods, not enough workers especially cashiers bc they'd rather you check out your own stuff while corporate make millions $$$ on cutting staff. They used to be okay but now many of the staff are rude, NOT all, some are VERY good and helpful. Wish I had a Costco or BJs closer to my house. Rude cashiers are the worst.

Improve customer service. Store 4722. Female Associate Tony was very rude, incompetent and unwilling to assist. I came to purchase 15 items that I called ahead to confirm and she stated it was not in stock refusing to check. When I asked for a manager she walked away abruptly. Another associate working on sales floor checked and stated 20 items in stock. The male "managers" response to Tony's disrespectful behavior was maybe she had to go on break and he does not pay her for break. I spent too much money with Sams Club and I am very annoyed and frustrated by this treatment.

I must RAVE about the Senior shopping on Tuesday/ Thursday. Kyle, Wendy, Bill, Tye, all of the staff very very Helpful and couldn't be more accommodating.I have had nothing but GREAT experience. Went on my own for the first time yesterday in 5 months ( plus member) early shopping and found it to be ok. Like the lucite dividers and mask required! The only reason I ventured out is I was trying to get Paper towels the last 6 times ( I go twice a week) and couldn't seem to get them. That's why I went yesterday and they just got a shipment! By Tuesday they would of probably been out of stock again. Not Sams fault, Covid times!!! I will continue my Senior shopping! Thanks Sams club for doing all you can to accommodate us folks of high risk, much appreciated.

The Sam's Club in Turnersville sold me a taco meal kit that was spoiled.I could have gotten deathly ill from the food that was undoubtedly loaded with bacteria. When I took it back to the store, they refused to refund my money. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SICK, DONT BUY PREPARED FOOD FROM SAM'S CLUB!!!!!

If want early shopping hours become a plus member so you can get early shopping. But don't worry they will cancel your early shopping hours because of Covid. They will tell you policy is 2 people per membership allowed in at a time but you will see a family of four taking up the isle. You will hear other people asking for the other persons membership picture for self check out so they can get the benefit of a membership without paying. If you're a teacher with a plus membership just throw it away. By the time you get to the store after teaching there is no meat left. If you're a first responder you can get in at 8am but make sure you have an Id to confirm because they are selective who they ask id for. Also you can't bring the other person in your household to shop even if they are a plus member. They will kick them out of line but not check the other people ids. Just handle all the shopping yourself or send them on days that there is nothing. Call corporate they say sorry but you have to call the store and will not comment on the inconsistency. Call the manager at the store and they say sorry we don't know when corporate will bring back plus hours, we can't confirm if people are not members unless they give a different payment that doesn't match the membership card but yet they use self checkout. Sorry we eliminated your plus hours but you can come in 7 to 9 on Tuesday and Thursday but you're not a senior citizen so you can't. Store really dropped the ball on their plus membership and no one will have accountability. So just borrow your friends membership. No one cares. Great Place
