Ok guys, I'm going to lay it out about this place. The online prices are misleading. They are cheap for the first couple months but then they bring the rent up like 40 dollars every several months, while keeping the online prices for new comers the same low price. Yes they really do that. The gates did have an issue of being broken for a bit, but it seems like it's working now. I'm not a fan of them locking the gate at 10pm. I can be up at all hours of the night and may need something out of my unit.
But the price jacking after paying the unit is a real problem that should be addressed. I could see once every year, like an apartment, for long term renters. Overall two stars, because of the availability and price issue.

Upon arrival, it was easy to find my unit. Initially, the unit I received was partially blocked by an exit sign, making it impossible to move in. The on site manager was not present as we arrived after hours. I called a service representative and she quickly helped place my reservation at a different numbered unit.
The iStorage location in Williamstown should endeavor to sell units that are unobstructed, however, being able to quickly resolve this problem meant it did not ruin my experience with this company.

This location is now charging me $80/month for a 5x5 unit, that they're advertising on their website for $25/month right now. Not to mention the unit was $40/month when I bought it a year ago. Hope this helps if you're deciding to store with this location haha 😄

The front desk worker was so friendly and welcoming. The process of getting the unit was very easy and fast. Could even do it all online if u prefer. Happy with my unit.

Moved out and cancelled but they're still charging my credit card more than 2 months later. Impossible to get someone on the phone.
