THE MOST POORLY EDUCATED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT COUNTING $2.68 TO COMLETE A BUSINESS DEPOSIT THEN YOU SHOULDNT BE WORKING FOR THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS. YOU GUYS ARE NOT GETTING ANY GREAT REVIEWS ON EFFICIENCY EITHER SO WHY THE ATTITUDE?

It shouldn’t take OVER 30 MINUTES to get a cashier’s check from the bank.
The branch manager was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and USELESS!! Our bank teller needed the manager to complete the cashier’s check and the manager YELLED across the TD bank the amount that was being withdrawn!!! Completely unacceptable. Furthermore, when the manager reached the bank teller she seemed completely unaware of how to use the system and reprimanded the bank teller in front of us!!!

The people who work here are pretty much garbage. TD needs to take action; their faces show they’ve been shoved down into the swamp. It’s a pretty awkward environment with the garbage service by Shaflie, and Mary.

He always treats me with respect and completes all the transactions in a timely manner. Just finished a transaction and learned we share the same birthday! MONROE MANAGER on prospect plains rd. screamed at my daughter that she was a fraud. threatened to have her taken away by cops. told her she stole a insurance check that she wanted to deposit into a new account. when she was there she discovered her ex-husband had stolen her social and opened a joint account with his new baby moma. that manager Noal should be fired. td should be ashamed and repremanded by the NJ banking commission. which by the way is my nest email to inform them of td practices. open accounts online by frauds and persecute the real customer

I just opened a HELOC loan and used this bank for the closing. While I was with the Mgr, everything was fine but I heard the phone ring repeatedly and no one picked it up even though the tellers were just standing there. Since then I have called several times with questions and no one answers the phone instead there's a recording asking if you want speak to a live representative to dial another#. I am not happy with this branch at all, I used to bank at the Jamesburg branch and I will see how they are in comparison and if it's the same, I will be pulling my money out and closing the accts.

I'm shocked to read such negative reviews. My family & I have always been treated with the utmost respect & care by Shefali & banking staff. She was most helpful during the transfer of my father's assets to my mother upon his death.

I don’t remember name of manager, but think she’s from India. Initially she made me wait 10 minutes when there were no people in the department. She doesn’t looks that she cares about my banking problem, and didn’t solve it at all. unpleasant feeling, I won’t come to this department again.

I came to this facility and the lady just led me make mi question for send me to the bankers that's no good at all they don't have any information they don't be qualified to do this kind of jobs, they working on costumer services and they have their attitude like doesn't no care anything bad service bad people working there

If I could give this branch 0 stars I would!!My branch is under construction and I came here looking for help with my debit card and account I was helped by the woman manager who did not know how to do her job or just didn’t want to.. needless to say customer service and her overall attitude towards me was terrible and I will never return I suggest you do not go here!!
