Went in for oil change and diagnostics on brakes and ball joints. Tech was honest that no work needed to be done. Definitely going back.

Avoid at all costs! I asked for a Regular fill up and they put Super in. Guy pretended to not understand but he lied!

Great service from DJ. They were able to diagnose my A/C problem when Honda could not. DJ is honest and keeps you in the loop as to what is happening. I will be bringing my cars here over the dealership for now on.

Thorough, thoughtful, honest—not only did DJ drop me off AND pick me up (I live locally), but he explained that an optional fix might not be worth it as I’m selling the truck soon. Would not hesitate to recommend Three Star Auto to anyone.

A place to feel safe taking your vehicle! I went in panicking thinking I had an oil leak because I saw oil on my engine, ( I know nothing about cars) and DJ took a look and reassured me I did not have an emergency on my hands. He didn’t play off my fear and convince me I needed a bunch of work done. I really appreciate the honesty going on at this place! Five stars!

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The car was in an out in under an hour. DJ was great at explaining what would need to be done at the next service appointment. I would highly advise anyone to bring their car here!

DJ demonstrated honesty and integrity when he serviced our car. He did right by us, at his company's expense. We asked him to install new tires on the car, but when he examined our current tires, he found our problem wasn't the tires--it was the rim. So instead of paying for 2 new tires ($387) and installation ($95), we paid $40 to make repairs to the rim, which solved our slow air leak problem. He proved to be trustworthy--and what more could a customer ask?? We will continue using Three Star Auto!

Took care of a highly complex wiring issue with ease. I’m from out of town and have been dealing with this issue for a few years and figured out where the electrical issue was coming from. it was a do or die kind of thing since I travel all over the country for work. I didn’t have the tools or capability to do this since I’m about seven or eight hours from home, but I was able to find Lew who helped me out and saved my truck from further issues. I really can’t thank them enough it’s critical that I continue to keep moving so I can keep working and surviving in this crazy game called life. so thanks again and if I have any further problems and I’m around the area I’ll definitely be going to you guys.

Incredible experience. So grateful to have found such an honest mechanic. I went in thinking I needed new tires and I didn’t. They could’ve sold me new tires and they would’ve gotten money because I thought I needed them but, DJ told me that it was not necessary and my tires looked brand new. Excellent service excellent experience Strongly suggest!!
