Our car was shaking on the right side when we we accelerated on the highway, as we headed up north the day before thanksgiving. We pulled off and went to 3 Star Auto Service randomly and ended up having a really positive experience. First off, I noticed that the waiting room had several other car owners there, both of whom were local, which I saw as a good sign. Secondly we were attended to immediately and the problem diagnosed within a half hour. The repair required ordering a part, but we were told it could be done that day in 3-4 hours. While they did the repair, we were driven to a nearby diner, and then picked up a couple hours later. Overall great communication, transparency about the repair, fair pricing, and general kindness towards our particular situation. Definitely a solid spot with great people!

Three Star Auto Service Recently fixed a heating, cooling , defroster issue on my 2012 jeep grand Cherokee. Very happy with their service. It was quicker and cheaper than original quote! Thanks guys for keeping my beloved truck running! I’ll be back!! :)

This place is awesome. Everyone at Three Star Auto Service were super helpful, honest, and kind, but a special shoutout to DJ.
They even worked with me through email to schedule an appointment when my phone was being transferred and I didn’t have a number for a full day.
They made me feel completely comfortable and took great care of my Escalade. I don’t usually feel at ease waiting anywhere because of my disabilities, but I felt totally at home here. They were extremely accommodating.
Highly recommend them to anyone who wants real, trustworthy service.

We walked in this morning thinking we were at another service station to get work. DJ was really nice as we explained our mix up and was able to work on our car the same day. He was professional and very accomodating.

My car was towed in due to an emergency situation. They weren't certain they could get to it that day but to my surprise they did and got me back on the road safely. This is why we're regular customers.

All work was done in a timely way. I asked for new spark plugs. I was told my car did not require new plugs until 120,000 miles. They don’t sell you things that you don’t need.

I was given a quote for some maintenance on my vehicle, but when I went to pick it up, the price was much lower because DJ explained that not all the expected work was necessary. I highly recommend this place. Honesty like that is rare to find in a repair shop these days.

Completed all the prescribed inspection and maintenance along with oil change and tire rotation. Car was handed over to me on time, post on road inspection. Over all satisfied. Nice customer experience!
