Sent my girlfriend to get nails and toes done and she came back very upset. The tech didnāt give her the style she wanted, nails are crooked, finish is bumpy, she spoke up to the tech multiple times but the tech said āitās fineā and wouldnāt correct it

Very rude. The nail tech didnāt remove all gel before applying acrylic. She also made my acrylic very thin and when I asked her to fix it she said thatās how I came in which is not true. She refused to fix my nails or shape how I requested. The pics are after she applied acrylic. You can see where my natural nails are still lifting.

Worst nail experience EVER. An older man who had no idea what he was doing did my dip manicure. He cut my beautiful natural nails down to a nub and didnt even cut my cuticules. My dip powder didnt even last 1 week without falling completely off and chipping up every finger. I was rushed on a Tuesday afternoon and not listened too for what i asked for and had the nerve to charge $40 for such terrible service. Never ever go here!!

I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to. Worst place ever. Went in with my daughter and asked for a simple ombre. What I got was the worst set of nails I ever had. Told me they could do it and let just say they couldn't. They put a solid color on all my nails, waited for that to dry, and then applied the second color. Well, the original color dried so he couldn't blend them, so he grabbed a small makeup brush and started to try and pull the second color to a blend. Well, that didn't work, and it looked totally ridiculous. He knew I was mad bc he dipped into the back hella fast. So i complained to the girl who did my daughter's nails since he was nowhere to be found (my daughter's nails looked terrible too. She has a black and pink ombre. She said she could fix it and did the exact same thing he did. I was like "I can't go out looking like this) he gave me like $20 dollars back when it cost me over $100. I left with unfinished nails that I had to try and fix on my own. Don't go to this place.

We made an appointment for three people at 2:30. By 3:30 two of us havenāt even started yet. They keep tell more people to come on and they canāt talk of what they have. Tyler started my nails, he was so rough with the file I had to tell him 3 times that he was hurting me. I could feel that his gloves were very dirty and I asked him if he changed hie gloves after the last client and he said NO. I asked him if he would and he told me NO!!! He then said wanted me to change seats and soak my hands in mail polish remover. I have dip on my nails. He was too busy to put removal on cotton and put foil around my fingers. I got up from him and said I was done !!! He is the worst and No One seems to care. Not getting any services here. Please be careful and go some please else!!??????

Came in for a gel mani/pedi was there for almost two hours being serviced (not waiting) actually being serviced Pedicure polish is lumpy, nails are all uneven. I finally had enough when the technician started my manicure, burned me with the electric filet and cut me twice!! I told her to stop I was done with it and paid the bill even though it was a terrible 2 hours. My first experience with anything like this in a salon and Iām not one to complain or write bad reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous! Iāve been here before and had a pleasant experience with a gentleman technician who did a great job! I didnāt get either of their names but I definitely will not return. I wouldnāt even give it one star but I had too.Services: Pedicure

I went out on a limb at TLC nails. I'm from NY, visiting for a wedding. Kim and Karen were both friendly. Kim took her time, was gentle, and made sure every mail was exactly as I wanted. I would 10/10 recommend.
